    I put a down payment of $113.85 I had an appointment for 10:00AM and was on time.When I got there, I told him I had a 10:00AM appointment.I said I'll wait at their shop as they told me it would be maybe up to an hour.When I checked in, this ******************* told me it would be several hours and not to wait.I told them I wanted my deposit of $113.85 returned and they refused.I am filing a complaint with the BBB and the **** Attorney General's office.I have started to file a charge back complaint with my credit union.This is NO to run a business.They're a bunch of LIERS !!

    This notice arrived at our office on Fri. 14 Jul. I was on vacation until Tu 18 Julthis is the 1st I've been able to respond.

    We have worked w/ him since Apr.2021. The 1st couple calls were made to his Home. On the 1st, he offered alcohol to our female tech, who refused, & then made several sexually related comments to her before she left. On another call to his Home, a male tech went. As he was working on the *** ******'s wife bent over to pick up something off the floor. ****** noticed this, pulled down both his pants &underwear, exposing his genitalia, & simulated having *** w/ her in that position. Our tech left immediately telling him any further work would only be done at our store.
    We did complete more work for him, (2 jobs without a charge), as we felt his behavior, while crude &unacceptable, was likely due to his age & possibly a medical condition. We felt he would be better behaved if our work was completed in a public setting.
    In July ****** needed a new screen for his laptop & we agreed to install it in our office. On Wed 05 Jul, he paid a hardware deposit of $113.85 & we ordered the screen. When paying the deposit, ********* & he agreed to a rate of $180.00/Hr billed in half-hour increments w/ a minimum fee of $90.00. An appt was made for Mon. 10 Jul at 10:00 AM. He arrived early & our tech, ******, told him it may take a couple of hours to finish the work. ****** got upset saying he didn't have time to wait & he was told, when making the appt it would only take about 15 minutes. Our techs have worked for decades in the IT market & replaced thousands of laptop screens so they know the work cannot be successfully done this quickly. 
    With this info & his agreement on the rate, he was fully aware of the installation length. We have called several times to reschedule as after our 1st call on ************************************* at a different time. We have tried to work w/ him & he has not truthfully conveyed this situation.
