            Josh at Mountain City Appliances was initially a great find. When installing the washer/dryer at my rental property, he damaged the vanity mirror on the medicine cabinet. He took the mirror door to get it replaced (5/6/21), saying he'd have it back in a couple of days. It's now two and a half weeks later (5/24/21), my tenant has been without a vanity mirror for that time, **** has scheduled to reinstall on it on multiple occasions and then not shown up, and now he won't return my calls. Now I don't have the vanity door and I'm going to be out $170 to get a new one installed. It's a shame that I've been treated so unprofessionally and with such disrespect for my time. I would like to ask that you assist in helping me to recoup the $130 for a replacement medicine cabinet, as well as the $50 it will cost to have my handyman install it.
