  I am rejecting this response because:
  Them zip typing my fog lights under my bumper which in turn caused my bumper to catch fire and a hole to burn in it where they had cut my fog lights was not addressed, she completely missed that. I am calling an attorney because I dont want them to endanger anyone elses life. They know what they did! They zip tied my fog lights under my bumper not even in the fog light holes I have photos and videos of the fog lights burning a hole in my bumper. Im no longer even talking about the hideous work they done and how they didnt even fix what progressives drunk driver did I am talking about their negligence of zip tying my fog lights under my bumper which Ive shown photo proof of which in turn burned a hole in my bumper had I not stopped at my sisters and she didnt see the smoke boiling from my bumper I believe I would have went up in flames in that car due to their negligence. I wholeheartedly dont want them to be able to hurt anyone else as they could have costed me my life due to their negligent actions. I attached the photos of the hole they caused to burn in my bumper by them zip tying my fog lights with yellow tape and zip ties.

  ************** car was dropped off for repairs.  ********************* sent an adjuster to write up an estimate to repair.  It specifically spelled out to repair the part of her bumper was damaged in the accident which is exactly what was done.  Her bumper had obviously been painted previously because it had paint over spray  on the surrounding grill.  There were rock chips in the bumper that are not accident related. She picked up her vehicle and called me the next day yelling, using profanity and making absurd accusations. I asked her to drop her vehicle back off so her concerns could be addressed.  She said we had to put a new bumper on her car.  I told her the only way that could be done was if Progressive reevaluated her car and made that decision.  She repeatedly refused to bring back to the shop to resolve her concerns.  We do not dictate  what any insurance company does and does not pay for.  Her statements to you are false.  I never asked her to speak up.  My hearing is exemplary.  She chose to scream profanities at me and be threatening and belligerent.   After an extended period time of being abused by her, I asked her not to call back until she could speak to me in a civil manner.  .

  The accusations are totally false.  The fact is her fog lights were zip tied when she dropped her vehicle off at this shop and I can substantiate that.  As the BBB asks, I have done everything in my power to resolve her issues.  She refuses to bring her car back as I asked her to and ********************* has advised.  I know no other way to resolve this issue.  I can't continue this back and forth if she refuses to let us correct the issues there is nothing I can do.
