Temple and the furniture store disagrees with plaintiff's statement.
The chair and *** were cut out of the same roll of fabric and the dyelots on the chair and *** do match.
To honor the consumer's suggestion of taking the chair and the *** back to Temple Inc. for managementment to confirm the dyelots matched. The chair and the *** were brought back to Temple Inc. for inspection on 11-20-2023. Myself, Temple's plant manager and the owner of the store inspected the chair and *** and we all agreed the dyelot of the chair and the *** matched perfectly.
The concern of inadequate Workmanship of these two pieces was not made known by the store owner when they were brought back to Temple for inspection. However, I can confirm there were no quality issues with the chair and *** based on our thorough inspection on 11-20-2023. We were totally dumb founded about the complaint of the dyelots were not matching to the point we classified it as buyer's remorse.
Over the past 60 years, Temple Inc. has built its reputation on taking pride in the integrity of our furniture and our Customer service. As as a Third Generation owner/operater, I can say that Temple Inc. is, and has always been Very willing to make things RIGHT with our retail stores and consumers with legitmate complaints.
I have photos of this chair and *** that I took when they were brought back to Temple for inspection that I would be happy to share w/ the BBB. If you would like for me to share these two photos that we took at the time of inspection, please give me instructiions on how to send them to you.
Based on the facts of this situation, I feel this compliant is negligent defamation of Temple Inc. on the consumer's behalf and should be dismissed.
***It would interesting to know if this plantiff also posted a negative review to the BBB on behalf of the Store and another furniture manufacturer during this same time frame.
