Hello my name is ***** and i was financing a car from the five automotive .. i been dealing with them for some months now and they never had a issue with getting my payments on time they never had to chase me down for a payment i made sure everything was straightened with my payment and my car insurance.. so it was a issue with my car insurance which was no problem on my behalf it was just a mis noticed that my insurance didn't alert me of so my dealership called me asking was i aware of the issue and i wont so some lady name *****a started to threaten me saying she was going to have my car towed if i didnt get my insurance together so i got on the phone calling different companies and was able to get insurance on my car the same day she was making threats to come tow my car . I called the dealership back and told her i was able to get everything together mind you my dealership closes at 6 and so did the insurance place but the insurance place was able to take my payment before they closed i still have all my recipients to EVERYTHING so she was asking for the policy number but the policy number didnt come to my gmail untill 2:45 am ( i can show that as well) so i wont able to give my dealer the policy number till the next day and this same lady *****a knew how hard i was going to make sure everything was in order to avoid repo! So i was able to give her the policy number the next morning AS soon as they had opended she had my policy number & that same day i talked to her and gave her all the info she acted like everything was okay! So i pull up to my apartment complex and my car is missing so i called the dealership back like how my car get towed if i paid yall and did everything i was pose to do! And now they saying i cant get my car back unless i pay the whole thing out which is 5,000 and some change! This whole company is fraudulent and they literally took my car for no reason right by Christmas i need my complaint answered and filed correctly.
