I purchased an item from National Wholesale in *********, ** and they could not fulfill my order. They issued me a credit voucher for the amount in which I paid them that was good through April 2024. I tried to purchase a replacement item using the credit voucher back in February of 2024 and was told I would have to call back. I have not been able to contact anyone since and have learned they closed. I still have the credit voucher they sent me and was not issued a refund. I purchased several items on Feb. 1st. 2024. Never recieved them and could NOT reach the Company. Tried by phone, tried on line. Everything closed down. Reported it to ***** Fargo Credit card. They could not reach them. So they left the charge on my card. I want my MONEY returned. I also paid for three day shipping. I then received ANOTHER catalog with a sale being advertised until the end of March. SCAM. Company is out of business. Totally disappointed in this long time company and their lack of judgement in dealing with customers. I cannot afford to lose this much money.Initial Complaint

Ordered four items in December. One never came, kept one and returned 2 on January 24th. On March 21st, I received the package with a return to sender on it?? No explanation on it. Wrote letter and returned again, paying postage again of over $10. Now today I get the package back with return to sender, business closed. If they would have done that first, at least I wouldn't have lost another $10.00.Also, received a new catalog in the mail in February??? Order placed 1/31/24. Amount charged $70.67 on 2/1/24 and paid by credit card 2/27/24. Ordered ******* Printed Blouse -**** $39.95, Solid Camp Shirt ***** $30.95. Received the Camp Shirt approx. ***** days later with note that ********************* was backordered to 2/12/24. Packing slip charge for 1 item shipped $30.72. Balance due when second item shipped. Received no further information from Company either by e-mail or customer service as neither was in service. I have not received ******************************** but was charged for both items. Order #*****. Tracking # **** **************************. I have shopped with National over 10 years and have always been satisfied with the service and updated shipping or cancellation notices. On Jan 12, 2024 I placed an order for women's pants (#*****, costing $45.94 with $13.95 for shipping) ) with National Wholesale online at www.shopnational.com. I specified size 16 and received size 8. I called twice and spoke with customer service twice, once before 2 Feb and one after that time. Since the error w@s on their part, I was promised that the company would send a pre-paid label so I could return the pants at no cost to me. I kept looking for it but nothing came. I now see that the company filed for bankruptcy 2 Feb. Is there any way I can collect the $59.90 owed me?
