    This business owner took advantage of me. ******************************* (owner) submitted claims to my insurance that he didn't complete. He provided false pictures of my home for his gain. He encouraged me to do upgrades that he stated were covered and they weren't. He received payment for several services that he didn't repair and didn't return to my home to repair. He would schedule appointments and not show up. He continued to state things that were not ethically correct. He continued to harass my insurance adjusters daily. The quality of this company's work is not that great. He was supposed to repair my ceiling and he sprayed a substance on the ceiling and painted the area which is now worse than the original damage. He was to replace my window screens and informed me on several occasions that he had the final screen in his garage but he never returned with the screen. He was given roughly $850.00 for the repairs to my fence and the fence caps. He nailed the fence together and purchased 2 boards for another area of the fence and no fence caps! The owner, ******* provided an invoice that was handwritten that my insurance company flagged. He continued to send my agents additional payment requests for work that wasn't completed. If you are thinking of hiring this company, don't. If you do, it would be at your own risk.
