    To whom it may concern, I am very upset with my experience with this company. I placed an order and did not receive a confirmation number or email and there was no way for me to check on the website for my order. I assumed I didn't actually complete the order because businesses normally include a receipt with a confirmation that the order has been placed. I decided to re-place the order. I did not receive an email again but I knew I placed it because I saw the charge on my card. I checked one of my older cards I use that is sometimes accidentally selected on my Shopify account and I saw the charge for the first order. I immediately contacted the company through email- the only contact they provide- asking if I could cancel one of my duplicate orders. I was told no because the orders begin processing immediately. I received an email with the order and tracking number at the exact moment it got delivered. I was confused because I had only received one package from them. When I opened it all 4 of my glass items where placed in a skinny box with minimal bubble wrap and then some packing peanuts. Upon taking them out I discovered that 2 were broken. I left the bubble wrap on them because shards of glass were falling out and cutting my hands. I contacted them within the week and provided pictures and explained what happened and how I would like to move forward. I was told that I contacted them after the 48hrs mark so they could offer me 30% off my next purchase but they can't do anything else so they closed the ticket. I am extremely upset with how the business is handling this matter. I never received any email information to even know about the 48hr policy. The items arriving broken is unacceptable. The orders should have been delivered separately. I want my money back for both. This is a fair request considering that the items came damaged because of their lack of properly packing glass items. 4 large glass items shouldn't have been placed in a box loosely

    CLEAR SCAM. do not purchase from The Horny Stoner, they will send you products that arrive damaged and defective of their own negligent fault. damaged products arrive packaged and sealed with no damage to shipping box so I know it came this way. this company not only refuses to honor refunds or exchanges on said defective products, they then refer customers to an external "warranty program" which offers no real resolution either. I informed them I would follow up with my bank and they threatened to lie to my bank about the purchase in an attempt to flag my bank account and have it closed which would put my life in immediate danger. this brand seems to target women specifically who they believe are easy marks so when we fight back we can be intimidated into being ripped off. the entire experience with this brand was so beyond disgusting and unacceptable that I can't even properly put into words how violated I feel right now. after following a brand I thought was reputable for over a year on social media and finally placing an order, the thanks I get is a damaged, useless product and no resolution to have it refunded. if you value your time and money, don't shop here, their products are all overpriced anyway and nothing is original, they just drop ship from other brands which is why they refuse to be held accountable for damaged products. it's sneaky, shady, and completely unethical to run a "business" this way which is why they have to purchase followers and targeted ads. like I said, shop here at your own risk knowing you will probably be burned.

    We have found that the product purchased (as with most of our adult toys) is covered by a 90-day manufacturer warranty. In order to receive a replacement for this defective item, a claim must be submitted to the manufacturer via the website link below and the replacement will be fulfilled by the manufacturer.

    Per our policy, listed in our FAQs, we do not honor refunds at this time. Damaged items will receive a replacement (via us or the manufacturer - warranty permitted) or store credit if the item is no longer in stock.

    Regarding the decision to file a chargeback with your bank, we take all chargeback inquiries very seriously and, when asked, will provide your bank with extensive information regarding this matter. If you need any information regarding your order so that you may file a dispute with your bank, please inform us and we will do our best to provide you with that material. Any disputes received are subject to account deactivation following the resolution of the dispute. To confirm, this pertains to your customer account on our website. We do not have the access or clearance to deactivate a customer's bank account.
