    I spent ***** money on a set of three lipsticks Color The World Lipsticks (*******************************************) in shades recommended for my skin type. The lipsticks they sent are not remotely accurate to the colors they sent to me and the products. They also market the lipsticks as smooth, non-feathering, and perfect for older women (like me). They also claim to give part of their profits to various causes. They are like chalk and feathered like crazy. They can be contacted via a form on their website but don't get back to you, and claim they will not refund the money or allow for an exchange (this is on the website, but I did not **** down this informationmy bad). I noticed that this company has had MANY similar complaints filed by other customers on the BBB website, and had I researched deeper for online reviews, I would have learned that they are known for this and a lot of customers are angry. They have glowing reviews on their website with photos and testimonials, but I noticed that it is not possible to post a review, so I am sure these were incentivized by the company. This company is shady...who knows what is actually in these products, how they are made, and if they actually give anything to charitable causes. This is all a marketing ploy (I am in marketings so I know how this goes with underhanded companies). This may not seem like a big deal, but I am not made of money and these lipsticks will go to waste. I am tired of being ripped off by companies that misrepresent themselves and rip off customers. The should receive a compliant...LOTS of them...from the BBB.

    Re: Order #******* received Nov. 30, 2023. I ordered 2 colors of a new ?? line from Color The World, having bought many original brand colors in the past that were very good.These new ones, from their Boomer Gals line, are terrible, literally very hard to apply, and turning color on my lips, staining orangey for the day. Ugh. So I emailed the company, which has no phone number or address on their site that I could find. They ("******") replied, stating their policy is no returns, refunds or exchanges. Period. That is simply unacceptable. While a refund would be good at this point, it's more about responsibility to provide value to customers and respond appropriately to issues.

    This is the fourth letter I have sent to both the Manager and the customer specialist at "**********************" in reference to my complaint.I have had the pleasure of ordering and receiving 19 different lipsticks and several different face sticks from this company.This is the first time that I am sending a complaint and requesting a substitute/replacement Malibu lipstick. As per my previous correspondence, I received the Empowered lipstick that I had ordered. (ORDER *******) on May 1, 2023.It was described as a perfect mauve color on their website. However, when I applied this lipstick to my lips, hardly any color was reflected; my lips remained very close to their original color. Unfortunately, advertising and describing a color that neither exists nor is accurately reflected on their website suggests a scam at most, or at the very least, a fraudulent claim or practice. Obviously, sending them a photo would not be helpful, as the photo would not indicate or reflect the applied color from this lipstick. The photo would only show my own natural lip color even after applying this Empowered lipstick. Someone from this company offered to send me the same defective (Empowered) lipstick! Sending me the same defective lipstick that does not reflect any color on my lips is just repeating and sending me another fraudulent product.Again, since I have been a loyal customer with repeated orders, and no previous requests nor any previous complaints; I look forward to receiving Malibu lipstick as a substitute/replacement for this Empowered lipstick. I would return this Empowered lipstick to the company; however, their website indicates that returns are not accepted.I look forward to receiving Malibu lipstick soon and appreciate your help.

    I paid $40.00 upfront for overnight express delivery. The order was on the 23rd of February. I am still waiting for my order and after 9 attempts to reach the company, with no response from them I want action. They don't answer my queries and don't have a working phone number.

    E-mail says order shipped and tracking info to USPS. When I check tracking it shows vein returned because of address. Address at **** *** ***** ***** ******* ** ******! No street address. No way to talk with customer service.

    Ordered lipstick bundle from color my world lipsticks. Paid for next day delivery on December 23rd over 20.00. Still not received cannot call them. This place has horrible and not true shipping

    This is my second order with this company, but it was shipped to me and shows it was delivered days ago. I have note received it and tried to contact them. There is no phone number. Very frustrating
