    I dropped off 2 of my dogs at 7:30 like I have always have done and go to work and when I go to pick them up and ask how much I owe the person at the front desk told me $167.00 so I ask why my bill was so much ? That was about what they had been charging for when I brought 3 dogs in and she told me it was because they had left me several voice messages . So I look at my messages and the first one is @ 2:46 stating that they would be ready at 4:00 the second message was @4:10 stating they were ready .With that being said they text me when my appointments are . I had to put one of my dogs down and I texted her to let her know that I would be only bringing in 2 the next appointment .Our communication line has always been text I work in a shop and can not hear my phone so during the day I check my text messaging @ 4:40 I get a text they are ready I am there to pick them up @ 5:10 .What they have started doing is closing up after the last one is done and charging if they have to wait on you to come pick them up .They have no set closing time .I feel our communication has always been thru text and that's the way I should have been notified they were ready . I have followed Dana from before she went into business for her self and even though some of the quality of work and lack of experience on how to run a business I still stuck with her and wanted to see her business grow .There have been times that they were not ready at 6:00 and I had to reschedule my evening in order to come back out to pick them up because she was over booked .I drop them off and leave them for her to work them in at her convenience I also ask that they keep the skirt on my schnauzer and they cut it off was this because they were in such a hurry to close they took the easy way out ? I'm not a groomer but give my schnauzer a bath and had been combing her she had some tangles in her skirt but feel it could have been brushed out after her bath .
