    Went thru wash and came out all scratched up on hood. Try to resolve problem with there manager and they told me that they r not responsible for paint or anything. They said they didn't do it. I watch there video before my car went thru and my car didn't have those scratches. They were ignorant and didn't care . I'm ******. I canceled my monthly subscription. I had to pay out of pocket to have it buffed. It's still not the way it was. I want someone I can talk to other then them . This is a croc

    Customer alleges that his vehicle was scratched during the tunnel wash process.

    ******** himself stated that he didnt notice the scratches until later that day when he got home. During the initial phone call with this customer I explained to him that there is no way possible those scratches happened during the wash process due to the angle of them and the fact they were only in one spot on the hood of his vehicle.

    Customer was never shown any video of his vehicle going into the tunnel.


    During the final phone call with said customer I explained again how we were not accepting responsibility for the scratches and again explained the facts to him. He became belligerent and aggressive and actually threatened to come after me and get what he was owed. 
    Customers plan was terminated by me and all contact has been ceased with said customer after his threatening remarks.

    On Friday 1/27 I went to Tidal Spa for a car wash as I have done numerous times as I am a club member. I was directed into the track and my rear wheel dropped. I asked the attendant was I on the track and was told yes. Halfway thru the wash everything stopped working. The track stopped and the foam went silent. It has never done that before. The machine started back up and the roller came down and clipped the roof of my car making a huge sound. I excited the wash and immediately asked an attendant to come over. He went back into the car wash and retrieved my luggage rack which had been ripped from the bolts off the car. I filed an incident report and didn’t hear from the manager as I was promised. 2 days later he emailed me saying it wasn’t his problem. I am hoping for a reimbursement for the damage done to my car
