I took my **** Avalanche truck to this business back at the end of May 2022 or the beginning of June 2022 of this year for a new transmission. After months of dealing with their family being sick and in and out of the hospital, I finally received my truck back on August the 26th 2022. I asked them to please make sure that everything was a go because I was working on the road and that I travel for my job. I let them know that I had to be at my next job location by that following Sunday August the 28th. I was ensured that everything was a go and the truck was running fine. The son apparently had been driving my truck around town off and on for around two weeks. On August 27th I was on my way to ******* for my job. I was 2 hrs outside of ********* when a light came on that read "Transmission fluid hot". At that point I was forced to pull over. I was stuck throughout the night in ************** with a vehicle that was suppose to be fixed. It took me over eight hours the next day to get it back to ******* **. I finally was able to reach the son of the company only after having a friend to call him from another number because he WOULD NOT answer from my phone. After getting him on the phone they would not even have the truck towed across town to the shop. Then they're gave me the run around for months now on fixing my truck. When I spoke with them last Monday, I'm being told now that the dad is retiring and I need to make other arrangements. My transmission is suppose to have a warranty, but at this point I want all of my money back for the transmission, other parts that I was asked to buy, plus labor. I would like to also ask to be reimbursed for me losing my job as well because of this. I am not at home at this time, but I can upload all documents later. Thank you for you for taking your time to read through all of this. Have a blessed day.
