What a waste of time. I had problems the first time i came here, and now Im having a problem again. I got a call from one of the employees ******************* here they wanted to come and talk to me about my truck and trading it in. Its only been 7 months but I thought hey, maybe they know something I dont and I can maybe trade it in. I get there on a Friday and I start talking to them and they say that I can trade it in and get something else, I get looking and find something I like. We discussed prices and payments before we looked at anything ************** claimed I could afford anything within my price range with my credit score and immediately when we get out there ***** goes out of the price range but whatever. They get all my information down and told me to come back tomorrow to see if I can get into it. Saturday rolls around I show up and I get told that the ***** gave my information to someone else and the person doing my information isnt here today and he will be back Monday by ************* that was helping me. Smelled fishy as heck but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and came back Monday. Waiting for my information to find out if I can get into it ***** imymediately started talking about a down payment and gets up to grab my info or so we thought. After about 5 minutes we knew it was some BS, ***** came out laughing with an employee talking about whatever and we sit there for additional 4 minutes just watching **** not help us and then manager walks over and tells me that its going to be kinda hard to get me into another vehicle because of how long Ive been in mine.(7 months) then got told to come back when Ive hit my year and they would do something. ALMOST Like I was already was doing that. Moral of the story is that 1. Got a call to come in and talk 2.employee acted like I came to them trying to trade out like they didnt call me 3. Wasted a lot of time and gas to find out that i needed to wait like I already was doing. Feels like they spit in my face.
