Hello, I am active duty military stationed in ************. I took my car, a 2014 Cadenza, into Stevenson KIA of ************ in September, 2021 for repair. They checked it saying it needed a new transmission. I provided the extended warranty which I purchased at the time I purchased the car. They verified and ordered the part. Stevenson KIA of ************ was sold and became ************ KIA in January, 2022. ************ KIA is owned by************************************. I have been calling weekly to see when the car will be ready. We were given an estimated delivery date of January 17-19, 2022. The part was not delivered within this time. In speaking with ******, at KIA dealership in NC, the thought was that the part may have come in but declined since it was ordered under Stevenson KIA of ************ which is now ************ KIA. The part was re-ordered on January 18, 2022. We do have a case set-up with corporate to escalate and resolve when my car would be repaired. My case # is ********. I or my mother, **************, has spoken to the corporate office weekly since opening the file. I can supply people's names we spoke to as well as dates. There has been no resolution whatsoever. The only thing said is "the part is on backorder" and "the computer shows on backorder". No one has made any attempt to actually speak with someone as to when the part will be delivered. The dealership has had my car since middle of September, 2021 - a period of six + months with absolutely no end in sight. Could you please help me get some resolution? I would like the transmission replaced (as ordered) but if that is unavailable, I would like another solution. Perhaps KIA buying my car back and selling me a new car? I have been making payments on my car all through this nightmare and of course, I have no car. Could you please help me? Thank you, *********************************
