    Purchased a used vehicle in June 2023 from this dealership, with extended warranty coverage. I paid for the most extended warranty offered, which includes a 4 year, ****** mile warraty, with a deductible of $250. I only take my car to this dealership, as they are specifically for this model car, (Subaru). From the beginning, I have had problems with my car. At first, a few months after getting it, it was my oil pan. It turned out that was THEIR fault, they allowed me to leave with a damaged vehicle unbeknowest to me. They only caught it afterwards when i brought it in for an oil change. Now, I had a severe leak from my camshaft carriers, which requires the entire motor to be taken out. They never sent me an itemized estimate, just told me what was wrong and how much the extended warranty would cover, leaving me with a bill of over $1000, when I am supposed to pay only $250 deductible for the damage. I had to call the warranty company to confirm and they informed me that they paid the maximum alotted amount on everything, meaning I was fully covered. I was also told by the ****************** guy that the dealership tacked on extra hours of labor that is above what the government issued labor guide demands of the tasks to fix my car. The hours to fix the damage is at the most 13 hours. This dealership is ADDING ON AN EXTRA 4 HOURS OF LABOR making it a total 17 hours. This is highly illegal, as the government has regulations on the industry standard labor guides. How are they able to add more hours over the amount that the government says it takes to fix the repair? This is the reason these standards are set in place so that people are not scammed. I need this issue resolved immediately. I feel like I am being ripped off and the repair isn't even finished. I am without my car for at least 2 weeks and am being charged for a rental that is really a loaner. This dealership is taking any money they can from me and needs to be looked into.
