I had east carolina automotive install a reman transmisssion in my **** **** F150 pu 10/19/2020 It came with a 3 year or ******* mile waranity on the transmission After picking the truck up I noticed a leak the next day on the ground and reported it to east carolina which they advised me to drive it a while to make sure it wasn't left over fluids from the repairs It keep leaking so i had to leave it with them to check it out and they said they couldn't find and thing after it set over night This was my only work truck so I couldn't afford to keep coming back until this week when work slowed down I left the truck with them again over night and they ended up replacing a valve cover gasket which cost me 279. 00 and repairng a leak on the side of the transmission After driving the truck home I noticed it was still leaking the next day and called the owner back which he said if it wasn't transmission fluid it wasn't his responsiblity and would not validate the waranty He had the truck three times and had to see all the fluid on the transmission case and say then it wasn't covered under warranty instead he made up a story that they had fixed a leak on the side of the transmission on this last trip but had to charge me with something to make up for his time I would like to be reimbursed for what it will cost to have the transmission leak fix at another automotive service since I like a lot of other custormers reveiws written no longer have faith in these people doing the right thing I also have documented pictures with e-mails I sent them of the leaks on the ground and bottom of the transsmission
