    I contacted Hercules Representative *** *****,about some defective Hercules Tires that I had previously purchased from their dealer.I spoke to him on April ******, I told him that the tires were and are defective from the time I purchased them and they have gotten progressively worst,the tires has less ****** miles on them, and they make it difficult for me to drive because they are unsafe, make loud noises, have caused me to lose control while driving, I was driving, and tires slided and shifted, when I purchased these tires, I paid for an alignment and I paid for a warranty. The tires are very poor quality. Hercules has this absurd, and unfair warranty, that I have to take my car to one of their dealers that they select, I don't understand because the business that I purchased the tires from was a dealer when he sold me the tires,now he is no longer a dealer, this is nonsense. The dealer that Hercules wants me to buy some tires from are several hundred dollars higher than other tire businesses, and this is unfair to me, because Hercules Representative stated that I might be given a credit to buy these absurd and excessively high price tires, their warranty is a scam also, because Hercules, doesn't give any type of warranty, because the small credit would not be adequate because of the extremely high tires,this warranty is ridiculous and is in their favor,because they don't lose any money, they gain, I lose money, thus warranty isn't legal, I should be able to go where I choose, Hercules, created this issue by selling me these poor quality unsafe tires, and they have this preposterous absurd warranty that is in their favor. I do not want to purchase any more Hercules Tires. I am requesting a full refund for the defective tires so that I can purchase some safe good quality tires. I want to purchase tires from a reputable business that sale safe, and good quality tires with fair warranty

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond. Ms. ********* reached out to us concerning her tires on 4/3/2025 and we promptly connected with her by phone. It was explained that the warranty process is facilitated though our dealer network so we recommended that she obtain her original invoice and visit the dealer where the tires were purchased so that they may take a closer look, offer guidance on what may be going on and or start a warranty claim if the tires qualify. (see attached warranty for additional details)

    It was then mentioned that she was not happy with the original dealer and after a further look at the account, we noticed that they did not have history of being on the program to purchase or send our products back for warranty. To help her find a dealer we reached out to a local shop 5 miles from her original location Gipsons Tire Pros and connected with *****. ******* ********* is a reputable authorized dealer that sells an assortment of product to meet any budget and relayed back to ************ that ***** is ready to help.  

    We recommend that ************ visit Gipsons Tire Pros so that ***** may validate her proof of purchase, the condition of the tires (tread depth, miles received, psi, etc.)and with our support offer her guidance on how to best proceed.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Their response is not accurate, and there are discrepancies in their statements, they stated that ****** wasn't allowed to sell their tires, neither were they allowed to do a warranty claim, and they stated I was unhappy with the business that sold me tires, these statements are misleading and not accurate. I did speak to the business that they wanted me to go to, I stated in my complaint that this business is several hundred morer than other businesses, and I reiterate, I stated this in my complaint. I am not going to spend several hundred dollars more for tires ,so that Hercules can get a portion for their share,it is irrational, unfair and selfish of Hercules to expect this of me.

    I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the business because they are not being, reasonable, rational, or ********* is extremely difficult to come to a resolution with this business because of their deceptive bad business practices and dishonesty,  Additionally, their warranty is extremely unfair,and their warranty and their bad unsafe tires are the worst ever.

    We are sorry to hear of Ms. *********** dissatisfaction. However, without working with an authorized dealer location so that they may validate the proof of purchase and the condition of the tires to help determine a reasonable outcome, there is nothing further we can do.
