    01/25/25, 02/01/25, 02/05/25, 02/13/25 were the transaction dates. Total paid including taxes: $3,789.98. There is $400 worth of additional labor that was performed correctly by them and is not included in the total provided (installation of four 120v outlets).The business committed to providing:- Full sanding and filling of gaps (wood fill)- 2 rounds of sanding - Application of two coats of stain (customer provides material)- Clear coat application (customer provides material) It was later communicated to me that the floor was absorbing much of the product and they recommended I upgrade the sealer and apply two additional coats to seal.The nature of my dispute is negligent or possibly fraudulent performance of agreed upon contract. Once the job was completed, after waiting weeks for the product to dry and begin curing, I realized the problems I was seeing were not going away or part of the drying process as I originally thought.The floor is tacky/sticky in texture on flat portions, has many small to large rough spots that appear to have been very poorly sanded (if at all) before a topcoat was applied, has large pools of extremely dark spots compared to light, and the light spots are very dappled. There are very deep marks and scratches all across the surface as well. On top of this, communication has been extremely difficult and has reached a point of nonexistent with the company no longer responding to me. This is despite attempts of professionalism, compassion, and patience on my end towards them. Once I initially brought my concerns to the supervisor, he agreed that the floor was definitely done incorrectly or there was something that had gone wrong with the products applied. He agreed to come out and evaluate it but the whole company has gone radio silent since and have never come to evaluate or contact me despite my many attempts to find resolution to the extremely poor craftsmanship or improper application of material.

    I engaged Coastal Property Services LLC to clear and grade a vacant lot I own in *********. The job was supposed to begin on August 20, 2024, but was postponed due to weather and their equipment failure. An issue came up that they explained would require more time to complete but never stated it would be an additional cost. Later, they stated that it would cost me an additional $2500 to complete the job they originally agreed to. We met on Aug 30, 2024, and agreed to amend the scope of the project for no additional fee. I had already paid for the job in full; I agreed to immediately pay $473.67 for a pump out of water on the lot. They promised to be there on Sept 3, 2024, to restart work with a completion of today, Sept 5, 2024. As of this evening work has not restarted.
