I purchased an OFM ESS-****-WHT chair on 03/24/2022. The tilt mechanism is falling apart, the chair tilts dangerously to the left and right and it looks like a plastic bearing of some sort is coming apart and dropping on the floor in pieces.I would just like a new tilt mechanism for the chair (the bracket that goes between the seat bottom and the strut) before the chair becomes too unsafe to use but it looks like their website and phone have both been turned off. I'm not sure if they have gone out of business or just going through a rough patch but I don't know how to reach them.Business Response

Please be advised that OFM ceased operations at the end of June 2023 and is no longer in business. The email address that the initial correspondence was directed to was for a previous employee who was no longer with the company.
As the company has ceased operations no action can be taken on OFM's part to rectify this customer's warranty complaint.

I bought a RESPAWN Spire Ghost chair on May 1, 2023. I put in a warranty issue request for my brand new $500 chair on May 23, 2023. The fabric is separating from the chair. I tried calling and left a voicemail, then I tried again and the voicemail box was full and now the phone number does not even work. I tried DMing them on ******* and someone on the social team took my information and said they sent it to the right team and they would reach out. I have emailed multiple times and have not been responded. The customer support is abysmal at best. Its sad that I have to write a review on the BBB to hopefully get a response.Initial Complaint

In august 2021 I bought a ******* gaming chair. chair comes with a 5 year warranty (2 years on fabric)
In february 2022 I had the chair replaced due to fabric issues and the companies warranty states the remainder of the warranty or 30 days will be honored, whichever is longer. The fabric on the SEAT where you sit is now tearing and chipping and the fabric is still within 2 years of the advertised warranty. Company will not hornor warranty and said since the chair was replaced once the warranty was no longer valid (see attached information).
I believe this is fraudulent. If they don't want to replace the whole chair, send me the seat part of the chair but I want the warranty honored.Business Response

the ******* warranty states, all warranty replacements are replaced at the
discretion of *******. We allow 1 full warranty replacement per purchase under
our warranty guidelines. If a part was
issued it would be covered for 30 days or until the end of the original warranty period.
We

I am rejecting this response because:The state they honor the rest of the warranty yet say they will only replace the product once? How is that honoring the warranty again when the replacement product failed again?
The company also sated that they revised the warranty in 10/2021 but yet never provided warranty information for pre 10/2021 purchases and say it's on the instruction sheet.

The ******* warranty only states that replacement parts are covered until the end of the warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer. I am rejecting this response because:If there are no replacement parts then said warranty is invalid thus making your warranty fraudulent.
I have filed complaints with the FTC showing them what you have provided me and you can explain how your company can pick and choose how a warranty works.
I hope when your car breaks down and you have something fixed on it, they tell you you no longer have a warranty even though it states specific time limits for each part.
Refund my money and take your chair or I will drive the 6 hours and sue you in small claims court and make you pay all associated fees

I purchased a gaming chair (Respawn 900-Blue) from the company's direct website (respawnproducts.com) on October 27, 2022. (Order **********) for a total cost of $170.13.
On November 01, 2022 I was advised my order was cancelled without explanation, the money had already been taken out of my account and everything. I email the company inquiring why and today get an email back stating the product was oversold so they could not complete my order
I check online for other sellers of the same product and discover that on ****** the same product is still available from the same company for a mark up. ($209.81 before tax)

The reason the item still shows in stock on ******, is because ****** also purchases from us and still has stock in their warehouses. The product page the customer linked to shows that the item ships from ******.com (see screenshot attached). We do not have access to items that ****** is shipping. I bought 4 chairs altogether from Wayfair. My order number is: #********** and Order #**********. Each order had 2 sets of chairs.
I had a guest over yesterday and the chair broke as he was sitting and he fell on a concrete floor. These chairs are absolutely not safe and are cheaply made. The screws get loose and constantly need to be screwed. This time the metal part actually popped out and thats how the chair just broke.
Chairs should NOT last only 2 years, this is furniture that should be durable as people sit on it everyday. I now have 4 chairs that I cannot use and I need to shell out on new sets. I want a refund for my purchase because these chairs are a safety hazard. I can return all 4 chairs back to your company. A complaint has already been filed with Wayfair as well.Business Response

I purchased a chair from ****** a year ago. Past month or two, every time I go and sit on the chair it sinks to the bottom. I have tried calling the company numerous times, however, there is no response and just ends the call. I also tried filling out the information online on their website but I am not able to submit it.
