Hired Aim High Residential Services LLC to build a green room under my deck last year and did a final payment on Nov 2020. The ceiling was not installed properly and it was leaking. Was promised by the business that they will fix the issue and still it wasn't fixed till date.

Home improvement company masquerading as a company that does remodeling.

My 4-5 week project became 12 weeks, work was having to be redone over and over with no end in sight.

We finally had to fire them and spend more money with other companies to finish the job.

As others have noted that had remodeling done:

    1. Does not show up 2x daily to manage projects as promised during sales process. Could not produce a single written project plan or diagram for any aspect of my project, when asked multiple times.

When my project was already several weeks behind schedule and I asked why I had not seen *********, the Project Manager in a few days.

I was told she was managing the project over facetime and did not need to be there daily.

    Yes, this happened.

2 other times I sent photos of areas where water can get in if it rains. Aim High did not cover the work area properly so twice it flooded.

Keep in mind this is after I warned them with photos it would happen.

    2. Collects as much payment as possible up front, then takes forever to deliver services. Many days worker shows up at 10, leaves at 2 for the day, as they are overbooked.

Aim High's own workers complained to me constantly that they were understaffed, never had materials, and there was no clear plan.

My neighbors all asked me why that is and what's going on.

    3. Makes significant design decisions without consulting homeowner. Several times when I asked a worker why they chose something without talking to me they said they told ********* to call me to discuss and she did not,and they did not like that she did this. Her own workers felt uncomfortable as a result.

Flooring guy put flooring in the wrong direction. He said he asked ********* to ask me what direction (we had already discussed how it should be multiple times).

When I asked her why she didn't match the flooring to the rest of the downstairs she told me "she tried to look in thru the glass but could not see what direction it was."

It was incredibly easy to see - the glass is not thick, her own crew was in disbelief over this lie.

I also reminded her if she really could not see (which is impossible) then she should have asked me to come home and show her.

    4. Dishonest - told me every week in June that the project would absolutely be done in June and every week it was not. Told me the same the first 2 weeks if July and it was not.

I was also promised she would take no new projects until mine was done as was 5-6 weeks past schedule at that point.

Her own workers told me this was untrue and that she was asking them to help with other jobs that were behind schedule at the same time.

Also, changed language in an invoice after she fired her subcontractors to say I could never work with any of them.

I said I don't agree and we never discussed. Aim High said that their invoice always had a line about this.

I produced the original version of the same invoice --- showing no such language.

Aim High subcontractors all said the same thing: they don't like being understaffed, short of material, and having no clear plan from the project manager.

When ********* found out her subcontractors spoke to me, tried to tell me I could not talk to any subcontractors.

They were at my house for months - of course there are situations where they need to speak to me - especially since ********* was unreachable entirely at times.

Finally, ********* claimed she knew each worker for a long time (5 years in one case) they know exactly what to do.

Each one I asked (1 tiler, 2 carpenters, and 3 handymen) said no, they have not known her more than a few months, and she has given them no clear instructions on what to do.

Each and every one told me they found Aim High unprofessional and disorganized and didn't like to work this way.
