After a large number of inquiries, reviews, complaints and scam reports alleging:

• Purchased items were never received
• If item was received, it was not the item purchased & was of much lesser value
• Unable to contact company regarding issues or to request refund

BBB has contacted the business, Buckramce, for information regarding their location and business practices. Many additional websites have been located that are using the same address and/or phone number. These websites have also been connected with ones using a Hong Kong country code phone number, +85252277476 (+852 5227-7476). All of the websites included on this profile have been created since 3/21/2019.

It appears all of the contact information provided by the business on their websites is false and/or no longer in service. Postal mail is returned by the US US Postal Service as “Attempted – Not Known, Unable to Forward.” Telephone calls do not connect. Callers receive the message "the number you are calling is busy or out of service, please call again later". Emails sent to the business receive an automated response that there are too many orders and the business will respond in 2-3 days. No further email response is received.  

As of 3/9/20, no response has been received from the business.

Due to the lack of response and invalid business information, as well as the multiple websites using the same contact information, BBB suggests that any consumers that have purchased or interacted with these businesses submit a BBB Scam Tracker report instead of a complaint or customer review. Additionally, anyone that purchased items from these websites should contact their credit card company to discuss the options available to them.
