    DO NOT PURCHASE a Natuzzi Editions sofa. Whether intentional or not, something will go wrong with your purchase about 2 and a half years after purchase and just as the warranty runs out. This might be acceptable for a $1200 IKEA leather sofa (which lasted 10 years!). But it's hard to swallow after spending $7000 on a Natuzzi Editions Trionfo sectional. I'd like to avoid small claims court but that is probably the only way to get this company to pay for repairs. What an enormous disappointment. I actually stopped someone from going into the Natuzzi showroom. Hopefully, here the message will get out far and wide.Could have been such an easy fix. But now I will be seeking the maximum.

    Purchases 6 piece sectional 1/2022, a few months later cushions flattened, & repair tech added additional stuffing. Then a leg collapsed, more flat cushions & frayed topstitching. Tech inspected said could not be repaired. Upon inspection the only support the leg had was a 1” x 2” piece of plywood. Shameless that Natuzzi charged & I paid close to $10,000. for a sofa so cheaply made. Nutuzzi has not responded to my first email to date.

    Hello, The consumer was updated on 11/10/23 that the frame was repaired by the husband and service was no longer needed. Due to the dod the frame was the only part of the warranty still in date therefore with the husband having made the repair there was no additional service covered or to be handled by Natuzzi.

    Bought a $12,000 sofa & loveseat “ the Dorian”
    Terrible quality!
    Both pieces are lumpy from what appears to be incorrectly wrapped interior stuffing. The leather is smooth & not like the textured sample we received straight from the factory. I warranteed everything with the manufacturer & asked for a rep to visit. No response after multiple tries. Same thing with retail store it was purchased from. They refused to have a rep come out. They gave us $ 2500 off which they said came from Natuzzi however we are still stuck with expensive furniture that is defective. We have had 2 other Natuzzi sets prior without any issues. These were not Natuzzi Editions. Always Natuzzi Italia.
    Never again!
    Their quality has declined as has their non existent customer service.
    Buyer beware.

    Hello The frame was the only part of the warranty still valid based on date of delivery; Natuzzi did schedule service however when the tech arrived the husband had already made a repair to the frame. The stitching issues are no longer covered under warranty. Thanks
