    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is the same excuse we have heard for months now. We would not even be in this if the company had not messed up the job the first time, first by not taking correct measures of the windows in the kitchen, second they let the contracted installer sit in the driveway for three hours without the proper screws and no window screens. We someone from the company did show up with the screws and screens they were bent up in the mans car and thats how they got warped. Third, when the installer came to install the kitchen windows he put in the wrong color vinyl trim around the windows. When I pointed these things out to the owner he said they would make it rights but that has been 4 months ago and we have not heard anything from them until this. No one from this company has never offered an apology, only excuses.

    We are in still waiting for all of the replacement parts to come in and soon as we have everything in hand we will sure take care of ******** Mrs.***** *************** We have no control over the manufacturing process or the time frame that it takes to get products and we appreciate their patience during these challenging times.

    We have no control over the manufacturing process and if we dont have the product we cant install them and all we are asking is for patience, we will make it good.  You would have to be living under a rock for the last 2years not to realize the challenge that it is to get things made and shipped to you.

    Window World came out and money exchanged ******* was half of what was to be paid . So it took almost a year for the windows to come in. So when they came I paid the other half. So after a day of working on my windows the guys had their ladders against my aluminum while one was replacing the windows and the other one was caulking he too had a ladder against my siding. And the 2 front windows infront, I was told would be replaced, now they're saying they didn't do that to my windows. Please help me get this resolved. So I can get someone else to fix it. And no one else gets scammed.

    After being informed of ***************** concerns, I went out to look and took pictures and I told her that we would reorder the 2 windows that were damaged in the shipping process, as far as the aluminum siding i would have the installers to come back and go over that with her at that time.  Before the installers had a chance to go look at it MsWoody had already submitted this complaint and when the installers got to her home, they said that there was damage to her siding where they never needed to place a ladder and ************* cursed them and told them to get the f... out of her driveway.     We are very disappointed at the way she has tried to assassinate our reputation and we will replace the 2 windows as soon as we get them.  We feel that the only ones being scammed here is us.

    Jan 2014 purchased 3 doors with blind inserts. Each door cost $1,736.00. There is a 100 per cent guarantee (attached). all 3 doors have failed, blinds will not move. I have called for the past 8 months and they excuse after excuse,glass vendor does have inventory, short staff, no response from their supplier. They refuse to return calls or say they will call within 2 Days but do not. Two of these doors are my front doors and safety is an issue. I called them one time a month over the past 7 months and twice in the past month. The aforementioned calls does not include the times I actually spoke to the co-owner. Since no one even returns a courtesy call I have to file a complaint and ask for help. Thank you.

    This a warranty issue and we have no control over the manufacturer or the time frame that it takes to get the replacements but as soon as we get them we will schedule to install them and we have tried to explain this to MsWhite on numerous occasions.  We are sincerely hoping that things will get back to semi normal with the manufacturing process soon and we appreciate her patience during these challenging times.
