Integrity Roofing promises and delivers! From *********************** to his crew, all were professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! If in need of a new roof, this company is a must! Trusting a company at my new location from out of state was a stretch, but from beginning to end, my experience could not have been better. Thank you, Integrity...the name says it all!

My wife and I were in the market for a new roof, so my friend recommended this company and I have to say I am impressed! ************ made the whole process easy! He was quick but thorough in his inspection. I had an issue with weather damage to my home's roof. Working with Integrity Roofing was a great experience. ********************* helped coordinate with my insurance company to get a claim filed, came by when the insurance company's roof inspector was here and got up on the roof with him, and made the process so easy.Everything was explained thoroughly during the process from start to finish. It was so refreshing to feel like I was a priority and to not have to be involved in much of the back and forth you often have when dealing with an insurance company.The crew was professional, polite, and very talented! The work they did is of amazingly high quality and I no longer lose sleep at night worrying about my roof. Thanks Integrity!Integrity Roofing, LLC Response

Hey These guys, from the bottom to the top rung of the company ladder, from my personal experience, made the whole process of replacing my roof so easy. Even when in the middle of the first day of the job I had to leave town on business the whole crew was very nice and professional. When I returned two days later my roof was complete the yard looked great. They even put all of my furniture back when I least expected and even though I didnt know them in the beginning we grew close enough to be considered friends by the end. The whole process took 1.5 months and I thought it was quick. I can honestly recommend Integrity Roofing Llc to my Grandmother and feel great about it. I had them come out and check out my problem. They came out and took pictures and inspected everything and told me they'd come out in a few days and review what needed to be done.. They never showed or called. I finally got a hold of the sales manager and he told me that he would be out the following Monday, but again he never showed. Since then it's just been never answered voicemails to the sales manager. A very strange experience, I must admit.Integrity Roofing, LLC Response

We have had a sit down with employee to discuss this situation. Our rep did attempt to contact the homeowner on Friday to discuss the estimate. Our rep left the estimate on their front door and left another voicemail. Then again on Monday our rep reached back out to discuss this job leaving a voicemail. We were informed ******* stopped by the home again on Wednesday. The homeowner was home and a conversation about the job was had. The homeowner would like repairs done on two skylights, and our company has determined the skylights should be replaced to resolve the issues. The homeowner has decided to go with another company, our rep did apologize for the timing in which the estimate was delivered. We have had a conversation with him and this problem will not happen again. We would like to apologize for the timing as well to **************, and hope that the repairs he accepted go well.Review from Charles M
