    I have tried calling in multiple times to order while on my lunch break only to get NO ONE to answer the phone. I asked for the manager (****) and spoke with him about my concerns and conveniently during my complaint of no one answering the phones, he walks over to get the cordless phone that should have been with the host (but never is) and takes the call. He takes their order over the phone and proceeds to go back to the back going on about his business leaving unfinished business with me (the consumer). I ask for the main corporation phone# or top person over the store and he says he doesnt have the information and defers me to the internet where it is nowhere to be found. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and just outright ridiculous. Manager is a complete joke. This store needs to be evaluated. The employees and this manager all knows if they experienced this type of service, they would be outraged themselves, ESPECIALLY given the amount of money they would be spending. They need better management and better service there.
