      We placed an order for two H--------- Wing Chairs with a *** fabric January 17, 2023. They confirmed that they received the *** fabric on 1/19/23. They took our deposit of $662.00 on 2/22/23. The company told us to check back in in 1 month to see the status of the order. We have reached out several times since then and have not gotten a response. We found an old phone number for the company and spoke with ***************** who told ** he sold the company to *********** and would try to expedite the order. I called *********** and left a message regarding the order and told him the client wanted to cancel at this time, but received no response. We have emailed them telling them we want to cancel the order, but have received no response. They only send an automated email reply for the last 2 -3 months that our rep is no longer with the company. The telephone number doesn't work anymore as it just has a busy signal. We would like a full refund of $662.00 and the full 14 yards of *********** back or the replacement cost of the fabric refunded.

      I ordered two wing back chairs from Carrington Court in July 2022. I was charged a deposit of $682.50 at that time. I was given a ship date of November 4, 2022. When I didnt receive anything saying that the chairs had shipped I contacted the company and was told there was a fabric delay and it would be another **** weeks. When that time frame passed I contacted the company again in February and was told it would be an additional delay but they would be shipped in **** weeks, no problem. Again, the time frame passed and I tried to go on the website only to find it no longer existed. I called, no answer. I emailed several times and each time got a response that ********************* is no longer with Carrington Court *********** We are working to get every email a response. There has been no response and I began sending the emails May 1. I would like my money refunded since it appears they are unable to fulfill my order. I have used this company several times over the last few years and they have always been exceptional. I find this situation very distressing and totally unprofessional.

      I ordered a ******* Wing Chair on August 15, 2022. The cost of the chair and delivery was $1006, I was charged $503 for the deposit.Carrington House committed to deliver the order in 16 weeks. It's now been ten months and the chair has not yet been delivered. The nature of the dispute is that I want a refund for $503. I have called and emailed numerous times to inquire about delivery. Most of the time when I contacted Carrington House, I did not get a response. Not once in the past nine months has Carrington House contacted me with any information at all about the order. There has been not attempt on their part to resolve the problem.The last time I called early in 2023, I was told there were delays and it would be about 8 more weeks until delivery. Now, several months later, still no chair and no response to my most recent email. Phone calls result in a busy signal.If you look at my attached order you will see there is no account number on the August 2022 order confirmation email.

      Purchased a chair and ottoman from Carrington Court Direct on 2/2/22. Was told there would be a delay, my cc was charged $1,100, Called and they said the delivery would be in August, then mid-November, then the following April. Now I see they are closed. I should have gotten a refund.

      Placed order on 1/26/23 for 8 camel back skirted ******* dining chairs, ***************************** fabric,for total of $2712.00 + $120 shipping, estimated delivery ***** weeks.Received email confirmation of order 1/28/23. Received email on 3/3 advising that 50% of total, $1416.00 charged to my Amex credit card. Called to get estimated delivery and advised fabric received and chairs under construction and delivery within original estimate of ***** weeks.Attempted calling several times on 5/11 and 5/12 to get delivery info, but unable to reach anyone. Checked online for another contact # and discovered the business is closed.I would like to receive my order promptly or if that is not possible, then I expect a refund of the $1416.00 paid on 3/3/23.I have had two previous orders with this company in the past few years and received excellent service and excellent products (3 chairs). Very disappointed that I may not receive the chairs I ordered.

      I ordered 6 counter stools on October 20 2022. I was told it would be ***** weeks. I called multiple times and the date was pushed to late March to Mid April. I placed a 50% deposit. Now I tried to call and the number is constantly busy and the internet says they are permanently closed. I did read other dispute answers-- we did NOT receive our deposit back for this order and are now out $1517.00

      Invoice ******, Date: 02/05/2023 On February 10, 2023 I received an email from Carrington Court confirming my order of: Six (2S-1) Scroll Back ******* Chairs with Kick-Pleat Skirt, Fabric: Chansley Silver 6x$270.00 SG1 Scotchgard 6x$15.00 Shipping Charge: $90.00 Total Invoice: $1,800.00 On February 23, 2023, I received an email confirming that I had been charged 50% of the total order, or $900.00.I have bank records showing that amount charged to my account. No refund has been issued.When I tried to reach Carrington Court to check on the status of my order, I found that their website no longer exists and a ****** search lists the company as permanently closed. Calls to the main number and their customer service number do not go through.If these chairs cannot be procured in the timeline agreed upon at order (approx. 12 weeks from order), I want a full refund of my deposit.

      01/24/2023 I ordered 6 chairs costing $ ******* Invoice # ******. 03/06/23 they deducted $ ******* and I was told the chairs would be starting production. I have called both numbers numerous time and sent an email with no response. The phones are continuously busy or have a voice mail that is full.

      I placed on order on 2/7/23 for two chairs and received a confirmation via email on 2/9. On 3/3, I was charged a 50% deposit, but it was charged by Main Avenue Collection (not Carrington Court, which is the only company I authorized to charge my card). I noticed the business was listed as "permanently closed" on ****** and their website no longer existed - I tried to call multiple times to check the status of my order, but was unable to get through to anyone. I then sent an email on 4/17 requesting a status update and only received an automated response. I sent another email of 4/25 and, again, only received an automated response. I ended up disputing the charge for the 50% deposit with my credit card company, but I'd like confirmation from the company that my order is in fact cancelled and I won't be charged for anything going forward related to this order.

      I placed an order in October 2022. 50 % was payed in advance for two chairs. I called in February 2023 to get an update. I was told they were still 8 to 12 weeks away. I have emailed and tried to call in April 2023. I get a ********************* no longer is employed there when I email. I am unable to leave a message.
