            Purchased a custom couch, 2 chairs, and ottoman in July 2021 through Furniture Mall of ***** with an ETA of 6-7 months.After 15 months, the wrong couch arrived.Now being told the new ETA is 4-5 months, 20 months after payment.To this date, neither King ******************** nor Furniture Mall of ***** has offered a discount on my store purchase, a refund, or even store credit.Instead, theyve only reminded me that Ill forfeit 25% of the cost of goods if I cancel my purchase.At this point, only a free sofa and a portion of my money back on the chairs and ottoman could make me feel good about this purchase.

            Great Company!I had a sofa, chair and ottoman from King ******************** and it lasted twenty years.It endured teenaged boys and their friends, all our dogs and lots of family.I was so pleased I purchased a new set this year. The original furniture was too good to just throw away, so I gave it to another family to enjoy. I was given a delivery date when I purchased the furniture and it arrived early. The delivery guys were wonderful. They were so careful placing the furniture and removed and carried away all the wrapping materials.Thank you, King ********************, and Furnitureland South, *********, ** ************
