    According to my credit report I only missed in payment and it was supposed to have been a note in account due to my VA caregiver stipend check being rerouted due to having to send direct deposit to new account my father was loaning me the money to make my payments until deposit issues we resolved and was told by agent in office not to worry they were not repossessing my vehicle and I was already into the loan for 3+yrs.A couple days before arranged payment date my car was repossessed and never had a late payment entire 3yrs of loan history this was my 3 vehicle purchase and loan with this company tat caters to ****** car dealership in ******* NC off 321. If I was ever going to be later on any previous purchases and loans they always worked with me because I was in college and taking care of my veteran father full time. It was unfair they took my vehicle just days before payment arrangement date was scheduled near 3rd week of the month. I was left with no transportation take my father to dr ***** get to campus or transportation in case of an emergency due to the neglect and dishonesty and no acting within the scope of the agreement made of this payment. You dont realize how much we depend on in this world until a company is dishonest and take back things that was promised wouldnt be as long as I stayed on track with arrangements. Be ware if this finance company for EZ away auto sales on 321 in ******* **

    We make every attempt to work with our customers and communication is key; however, when making extensive arrangements, it is vital our customers follow through with the arrangements. The last payment received on the account was April 19, 2023. On May 12, 2023, she agreed to a payment arrangement for May 17, 2023. On May 19, 2023, she responded to an email letting us know she would call on Friday morning (May 19, 2023). Due to several broken promises to make the payments and no further communication, the account was issued an active order on May 20, 2023. We sent her a message on May 22, 2023, regarding reinstatement, and again on June 5, 2023, regarding property. We never received a response. For more information regarding repossession, please refer to North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 25A or the North Carolina Attorney General website.

    According to my credit report statement and my bank statements the extensive payments arranged you and I agreed a upon were due to the referenced above admins to add in my dads VA disability was managed by a fiduciary, when the federal government can only give me so much information and deposits on changing banks its up to the bank when the deposit of my Veterans check. The management was well aware of the situation and I was reassured not to worry it was something out of my control and wouldnt have to worry. You claim last payment was made April 2023 and stated so but user missed payments May 2023 is checked marked green and in the 0/0/0 at bottom stating 30/60/90 late payments its 0/0/0 meaning no late payment up to May 2023 yet you repossessed my ********** June you took my vehicle knowing I provided proof of my deposit coming in July but was capable of making a payment but had to be when my dad got his social security check and it was approved for month of June but before the 3rd wed of June 2023 my care was gone and not allowed to complete payment arrangement. With proof from the federal government that I offered to defend my dilemma with my check and the deposits and would be capable to catch up anything late that wasnt reported late in my credit reports that I would be receiving back pay for 3 months the amount of time I was making payment arrangements. But you refused this information and continued the repossession process and didnt allow me to pay it out. My 3rd vehicle financed through your company and never had a repossession or threat of repossession and any arrangement verbally made was completed. The two different reporting areas do not match you claim I missed an arranged payment yet the credit report says different I was good through May and couldnt wait for a payment on 3rd Wed of June 2023 deposit and information from federal government of 3 deposits were being processed on July 10 well more than enough to almost pay vehicle off lacking 6k. So do please explain the difference in your words versus what was reported to Experian

    I'm dealing with this company now. I soon as I can im going to a bank my interest rate is 22percent and I asked if I could change my due date and was advised no and with in 7 days they add a repo fine to my account and have a repo company looking for my car. Even if tho I advise I would have the payment soon. Good luck if you have no other choice then you're in my boat just no they don't work with you on things.

    ********, I have reviewed your account and currently there is no active order. Per the terms of your contract and the company policy you signed, we do not have a ***** period on payments and payments are due on the due date. We do work with our customers once history is established on the account.

    I was out of work for 12 weeks due to a broken toe could not wear steel toe boots. And they let me defer 1 weeks payment and the second week I had to make two payments.******* doesn't give a s*** about anyone. 21 percent interest.

    Not a bad company to deal with so far. My only issue is I paid my bill yesterday online on the website (I have my receipt and everything) Yet somehow today it's showing my payment is late but if I click on my payment history on the website it shows the payment I made. I don't understand what is happening. And no one will contact me back about it.

    We care a lot about our customers and always try to work with them regarding their payments and other account information when we have an open line of communication with them. We do repossess vehicles based on many factors such as payment history, how far past due an account is, if there is no comprehensive and collateral insurance on the vehicle, breach of the contract, payment arrangements kept, etc.

    THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE AND I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO MAKE SURE THEY FEEL IT! My husband and I work during their hours and have asked if contact is needed to email or text only and again and again after speaking with multiple reps it's continues to happen. I have documented proof and have filed a complaint with the attorney general due the harassment of this company. Spoke with manager ****** today and she tried to lie and say she didn't see any notes that we were called only emailed. I'm advised that I have the screenshots of the calls that came in today and she advised that she will get with account management and make sure its documented but this company lies so I don't believe it. I advised that I can't believe what she said as they have lied already and requested something in writing or the names of the most recent agents that have ignored our request and manager ****** stated she wouldn't provide me with the names and will only address one rep when there has been different reps that will reach out. I asked for a document and she advised that don't have letters to provide but would see. She didn't sound convincing at all. I'm really frustrated with this company and will be filing a cease and desist order to stop all communication if needed. I will be filling a CFPB COMPLAINT and a UDAAP COMPLAINT AS WELL FOR THE HARRASSMENT! Unifour needs to be shut down. From previous reviews it looks like I'm not the only harassed and with some investigation they will discover more. Please understand I will escalate this as far as it goes. And every rep involved will be included in the investigation including management.

    Our **************** representatives are trained for 3 to 6 weeks when they begin employment with our company.  They are given our Servicing Policies and Procedures that are to be followed at all times.  Despite these safeguards, it does appear the customers were contacted via phone after being asked not to be contacted via phone. 


    We have evaluated why this happened and appropriate action was taken with our employees to try to make sure an incident like this does not happen again.  We have responded to the customer directly regarding this situation via email.

    Unifour is the worst financial company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT deal with them. They are the go to finance company for EZ-Way Auto. They charged me a 20% interest rate. If I was a day late, they literally were calling and calling me. Everytime I talked with someone, they were rude and their tone was horrible. Just a week ago I traded the care that was financed by Unifour and I had a payment due on the day I traded. Since Unifour was receiving a payoff check for the 10-day payoff amount, I did not make a payment. They have called me and emailed me for a week over this. The lady I spoke with demanded that I make a payment today by 5:30 even though she has spoken with the dealership knowing the are sending they payofff check today and overnighting it. I told her I would not be making that payment because they are getting it in the pay-off check. She then went on to tell me that I could be reported on my credit. I told her that she could not report me late on my credit for being 7 days late. It takes time for a trade-in and a new finance company to sort through things and send a payoff check.STAY FAR AWAY FROM UNIFOUR FINANCIAL!!!

    We hate to hear about your experience, and we take 1-star reviews very seriously.  We have tried reaching out to you to discuss this situation personally.  It was supposed to be explained that even though you are trading the vehicle, you are still contractually responsible for the payments on the account until the account is paid in full.  If the payments reach 30 or more days past due, it does reflect as late on a credit report regardless of trade status.  We are holding your account and will reach out to the dealership again if we do not receive payoff within 15 days.

    Payments were up to date. Company didn't allow you to be over 30 days late after 4 they repossess the vehicle. The company tried to coerce me to use their insurance adjuster instead of my actual *************** adjuster. I refuse to use their insurance adjuster and called a lawyer. The company in retaliation put on my account when I had a wreck March 23rd that I was over 30 days late in June for a payment they already had the $10,000 check for. This company lied on my credit consumer report, tried their hardest to get out of the dispute, but now it's in the lawyer's hands. These people do not follow their contract, they abuse and lie to their customers, when talking to their service department that handles the payments you will be threatened on all of your phone calls. I started only talking to them by email because the threats were so bad and I am a disabled veteran with ptsd. The comments back were so derogatory, defamative,unculturized,and low educational responses.

    I just had a baby 4 weeks ago. My car payment is due every 2 weeks. For over a whole year I have made my payments BEGORE the due date and have NEVER missed a payment until the birth of my son which put me out on UNPAID maternity leave. I contacted them BEFORE my car payment was due and told them I was on maternity leave that I wouldn't be able to make the payment and asked for a deferment. They couldn't do the deferment. Although the contract says nothing about deferments. They worked with me until I went to the doctor at 4 weeks and told them my doctor isn't going to release me to go back to work until 6 weeks since I had surgery. Now they tell me they are giving me 2 more days and that I need to get with my resources. How am I suppose to get with my resources if I don't have any? I'm literally out of work because of a doctors order for the birth of my child and these people can't work with me until I go back to work to get a paycheck again. These people are VERY money hungry! I get it if I had voluntarily quit my job or something but I didn't. Im out of work because of medical reasons and cant return until my doctor releases me. Its very unbelieveable that these people can't work with me until I can get a check coming back in! PLEASE EVERYONE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO THROUGH A DIFFERENT FINANCE COMPANY!
