      After viewing GraceWalkFarm (***** *******) Instagram video offering ******************* blend for $25 (tea she grew and used to loose weight, I purchased 1 packet through her Instagram website on 5/12/25 for $25 and my card was charged. I received an immediate "Thank You" email advising the order would "ship within 1-2 business days". I did not receive this tea and starting corresponding via IG messages advising I did not receive the "tea". Every time I typed the word "tea" a pre-programmed ad response shows up for me to order more tea. Since ***** did not respond to my IG message, I sent an email to GraceWalkFarm asking about my order. Her husband, ****, responded with apologizes stating he must have missed sending my order out as he had been helping her with orders since she had been sick for a month. He advised me he would send out my order with a tracking number. That did not happen.I went back to trying to reach ***** through IG message asking about my order. She finally responded with an apology and stated "I am back!! Let me look into it for ya!. I'll refund you and send it! We have had the most crazy month ever. Finally feeling better though and I will get this sorted for you this weekend!". She did not send it out to me. I did not receive a confirmation email that this tea was shipped. She did not respond to my asking her where the order, is, etc. Today is 7/9/25, and I have sent them more emails and more messages (via IG) and no response from either one of them. I set up a credit card dispute today.They seem like nice people in the videos but they are not honoring what they promise. I wonder if there are more customers like me that are not receiving orders but their credit cards are getting charged. Disappointed.
