    The tile work was exceptional, workers were professional and had good suggestions and recommendations specific to our project. The design studio and customer service are the cause of no recommendation due to our 6 weeks **** project taking 9 frustrating months. Multiple cabinets were mis-measured; we were told for months they were re-ordered or in transit only to find out they had never been re-ordered and other items like sink, countertop, exhaust fan, cabinet handles, etc had never been ordered at all. Calls, voice messages, and texts are not returned for days or weeks if at all. The owner personally apologized and said he would make it right however it took 4 additional months. He did not return calls to us or our contractor in a timely manner. No offer of any compensation on the **** was offered either. We were advised the employee making the errors was no longer with the company however she still works there. Their office is always locked so you cannot speak to anyone face to face.

    We were subcontracted by your contractor to install cabinets, tile and countertops. Your contractor made a lot mistake with plumbing, framing and delayed us to complete the job. We had to reorder cabinets or adjust few cabinets because I was told the framing wasn't done as was specified in the drawings. I saw your cabinets under your name and contacted your contractor many times to schedule the job, I feel he didn't wanted deal with this project anymore because he told me to contact you directly and that we we did. I know it took long time to get the small countertop fabricated but it was changed twice on the color and they way you wanted the backsplash. on each changes my fabricator to pushed me 3 weeks out to fabricate the small countertop. I know I was part of this and I totally understand your frustation about taking so long but we were no responsible for all the delays.
