    Driver pulling one of their business trailers hit and damaged my vehicle then gave me all bad information, ie,name, address, phone numbers and drivers license, were all fictitious. I contacted the company office and was told they would check on who had what trailer and contact me. After no response I called a co-owner and got another story about leasing trailers and one was stolen three weeks before which would make it one week before incident. He said he would check on who had trailers and get back to me. After no response I checked with the *************** I was told no report was made on a stolen trailer from them. I called the co-owner back and he gave a whole different story about what he has for trailers and one was stolen 12 months ago. He also said someone else has the same named business in the area that gets confused with his that has a longer trailer. He only has one white one that has been in the driveway over a year. He also stated he has 2 dodge trucks of different configuration that don't match what he has on the property that were observed the two times I have been there. I am having to get repairs done on my insurance with $1,000 deductible. The incident happened on private property so police were not called.

    As far as i know i have never seen MR **** and he has never seen me.He has been to my home a couple times and spoke with my wife.He has looked at the only white cargo trailer i have and has admitted that this is not the trailer involved in this accident.I also do not lease trailers i do own a total of 9 trailers that people in the neibor hood often borrow. i described to him over the phone what my truck looks like and ** also said that the truck i describe to him was not the truck involved .  I have summited my insurance information to the sherriff departmet my insurance so he can fight it out with them. I wish nothing but the best for MR *****I also no longer run a home improvement business havent for at least 8 years now.
