      Utterly horrible experience with this man. Everything in the other complaints happened to us. Took a large deposit for a renovation project. Claimed to be a licensed contractor. Utterly deteriorated from there. Constant no-shows and excuses. Took money for supplies that never materialized. The bits of work he did complete all needed to be ripped out. Full of bluster and BS. Delayed our project for a year, drained our bank accounts, and fried our nerves. We filed criminal complaints. Surely, this man can be stopped? We regret ever meeting him.

      Stay away. Owner, ***************** is incompetent, not at all dependable. He has no licenses (GC, mechanical, electrical) and no operating capital. He claims one call does it all and this couldnt be further from the truth. If you need details, Im happy to provide. ************, **.

      MTM Construction remodeled my bathroom, and a year later it's falling apart. Grout is cracking, the cheap materials he used for the shower doors are falling apart, rather than locate the doors correctly he carved out round spots so they could pass over handles, and his floor tiling was a joke. I spent a lot of money and now have to pay someone else to redo the whole job.
