The owner *********************** and her sister came to clean for the first time and charged $125 and agreed to do weekly for $75.The third week one of her employees did a deep clean. She was not able to do the windows as agreed. But I went ahead and paid her $300 in full when she said they would be taking care of. Plus I didn't have any change.***** said she would do the regular clean and the windows when she came the following week. She was not able to keep the appointment and sent the same employee. The employee did the standard clean but only half the windows. She said she would return to complete them. But then there was an issue with money. ***** had agreed to $75 for a standard clean. Her worker was expecting $140. She contacted ***** who she said told her they wouldn't be able to return for $75. I tried to contact ***** and she ignored my text and calls.The worker did not return to complete the windows. I contacted ***** about this. She did not respond. When I told her I would file complaints, she said go ahead and told me not to contact her anymore.My research revealed that *********************** has a criminal history that included probation violation. It revealed her character. There is a statute that says it is a criminal offense to be paid in advance and work not be completed. I talked to the magistrate about it, but they said they have never prosecuted that before. The issue is intention.
