Terrible company put a lien on our house without disclosing that to us and we weren't behind in any payments. Only had door for 3 months. Beware. In the process of contacting the North Carolina attorney general's office for their terrible business practices and non-transparency, these guys are predators beware

Yes, we hold the risk, but allowing that second chance for a homeowner to complete a project is worth it on most occasions. Every customer, as with your project, signs the sales agreement credit application along with the finance agreement. Customers are not required to use our financing and always have the right to pay it off at any time without penalty. We are just homegrown locals, employing locals and serving locals.
