  This place is a complete SCAM! My car was towed from the *********************** parking lot. The guy that towed my car was completely disrespectful. Prior to our verbal confrontation, he refused to provide his name, time my car was impounded (so he could charge additional fees), and written communication of the policy that states they only take ****. Not only did he forget to tell me it's Cash Only when I gave him the cash, he decided to rip a $20 bill and refused to accept my payment. I have asked him numerous times to show me a sign in the ******* parking lot that states I can not park in this specific lot. I have pictures of this lot that does not have any towing signage. Although each adjacent lot has approx. 2 or more signs stating it's a towing lot. Days later, I tried to de-escalate the situation by having a civil conversation, and gain additional information about the towing and he refused to answer my questions and continued to disrespect me. He also will not allow me to speak to any other associate. I also find it weird when the police arrived they suggested that I call the property manager because this place has had a lot of similar complaints. But they have no complaints on this site nor their ****** reviews. Which leave me to believe they are possibly deleting reviews. When I mentioned possible legal action the man was sure to let me know that the company will not be giving me my money back and that I'm wasting my time. Do not trust or waste your time with the towing company. Or at least the guy I can't seem to get away from.

  This customers vehicle was impounded for unauthorized parking. She parked at the ******* in ************** and went to a bar/restaurant across the street. Our contract is with ************** to remove any unauthorized parked vehicles once called in by security, or authorized personnel. After explaining to her that the ******* parking lot is not excluded from unauthorized parking because it is in the shopping center of **************, and that is who our contract is with. She came to the tow yard to retrieve her vehicle under the influence, communicated several threats, and over aggressively antagonized our driver who was there to assist her. We have video footage from our lot to prove this. Out of our 2 years of doing parking enforcement, police have been called very little because most adults understand that they made a mistake and learned from it. No police officer told her that we have several complaints, that is a lie. Even going public to say that we ripped a 20 dollar bill is insane. Police on scene had to grab this young lady because she kept on trying to charge at eh driver *******, cussing, and putting her hands in his face. We have that on video. We would have loved to take your payment and get you off the property as quick as possible, but unfortunately we will not accept a bill torn in half. We also have this customer on video throwing the torn bill in the air as she yells and curses at our driver. This review is completely out of spite and not a representation of our business on any level. If we were so unprofessional and running a shady business, there would be more than one bad review between our five star rating on ******* Yelp, or our A+ rating on this site as well. Thank you putting forth the extra effort to try to bash our company ********************.

  Highly Recommend!!! The owner is absolutely amazing and goes the extra mile for his customers. And I am in no way shape or form exaggerating. He went above and beyond for my family and I when we were stranded on highway 85. He even contacted other local vendors to help expedite the fix and get my family and I back on the road in no time. Probably could have made 3 times what he charged me had he not taken his time to get me straight, but he refused to leave us stranded. Prompt service, amazing customer service, commitment to his customers and very reasonable prices. This has all the makings of a great business. Give them a try.

  The young man who came to help me get my car to a place to fix it - was a real gentleman. He went the extra mile, looking into the issue with the doors and answering all of my questions patiently. When he returned (they couldn't fix it), he told me he was the owner of J & G. He was prompt and professional and I really appreciate good service like that.
