Date of Transaction: Tuesday, September 21, 2023 Amount of money paid: 250 (cash only) My vehicle was unlawfully towed by this business. I was parked legally whilst completing an order from ******** which I do for a secondary income. I was picked up by girlfriend and we drove to the address listed on the sign outside of the building where I had parked. They’re address was inconsistent and we proceeded to call the listed contact 4 times before we got an answer from the driver himself. He arrived at the location which has no physical building and I spoke with him in the street about the incident. He explained that the only way to get the car out of the impound lot would be to bring 250 in cash. We proceeded to an ATM to get the money and came back. In a matter of 10 minutes, two other people had arrived and also had to pay the same amount in cash. We were not offered a receipt until we asked for one twice and there was no report of the incidence documented by the company. The attached document shows an agreement listed at the bottom of the receipt but we were not required to sign this.
