5 starsWe had a tree fall on our home during a storm on a Sunday morning. They were out that day to get a tarp on our roof before more bad weather that evening. Such great customer service and quality work! Highly recommend!

5 starsREMOVED1st contacted me as recommended by my insurance company. I'd been questioning the annual premium, it was really high. Anyway, to be able to get a better premium, the roof had to be replaced.(it was looking pretty sad). REMOVEDtook me thru the entire process. I thought this sounds to good to be true. REMOVEDfinally convinced me it was true, so on we went. Within a few days, appointments were made & completed, & the roof was put on in 1 day. The yard was cleaned up well afterwards. Roof looks great! What really impressed me most...I literally did not have to call anyone, but still had everyones number, well you know...just in case.REMOVEDlet me know when a step was taken, and what would happen next. He was really great at keeping me in the loop.The new roof was well worth it, I only had to pay my deductable.I highly recommend 5 Star Roofing (and REMOVED).5 Star Roofing & Restoration, LLC

I would hate for them to miss your feedback and positive review since customer service isn't always a priority with all contractors. 5 starsI had 3 companies give me free inspections for possible roof damage. REMOVEDwith 5 Star was the only one who did a thorough inspection and explained the storm damage found and the process of contacting my insurance company. REMOVEDtook care of the process from start to finish, going above and beyond on some extra details. Thanks to his thorough inspection, new gutters were also approved and replaced. The roof replacement was completed in 1 day and the team did an excellent clean-up job. Thank you, REMOVEDand 5 Star Roofing for a great experience and a beautiful new roof, gutters and downspouts and for getting this job done for my insurance deductible! 5 starsWe are very pleased with our new roof and experience with 5 Star Roofing. REMOVEDwas an excellent representative leading us painlessly through the process from start to finish. He was here when the insurance adjuster inspected our roof, facilitated our claim, contacted the REMOVEDand city permitting. REMOVEDmade sure we understood all parts of the contract including what could result in extra expense. Due to his careful initial inspection no extra expense occurred. 3 days after REMOVEDapproval we had a new roof and REMOVEDwas on site to answer any questions we had during installation. We had concerns our 18-year-old roof would result in a large outlay of personal funds or the insurance company would only repair damage from a 90+ mph windstorm that struck our area. Our only outlay was the $1000 deductible. 5 Star is truly a 5 REMOVED5 Star Roofing & Restoration, LLC
