    I wouldn’t normally leave a review with such negativity but this company as well as the principal agent has absolutely earned it. After almost a full year of constant issues with property management and neighbors, i am exhausted with this company. When issues with one of my neighbors arose, this company pretty much didn’t do anything to reconcile the problems. Instead, lah attempted to back me into a corner in order to go along with what the other neighbor wanted. The neighbor wanted us to be quiet 24/7 including even surround sound on our tvs. Lah wanted me to sign an agreement for this but once i declined the only remaining option was to get gpd involved to resolve noise complaints from the neighbors. Following a long battle with my neighbors, my a/c began to not work starting may/june which is the beginning of the summer. Lah was constantly sending people out to confirm that there was nothing wrong with the unit that had outlived a whole decade. During the decade, the buildings weren’t being used so this was the first usage the a/c unit was getting in years. She sent about 5 technicians after it already being 80-90 degrees in my apartment,daily, to inform me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the unit. One of the technicians told me the age of the unit and suggested that the unit needed to be replaced, not repaired. I relayed that message to lah, the property manager, who responded that she had not heard that from the tech. Several times throughout the summer i had to leave with my cat and go stay with a family member because it was entirely too hot in my apartment. I started consulting a lawyer but in the midst of that the a/c began to work temporarily leading me to believe that the issue had been reaolved. Shortly thereafter, the a/c stopped working altogether and would not cut on at all. It still took almost 2 weeks for the unit to be completely replaced and working. The thermostat started to freeze. I informed lah of this issue and she sent the rude tech out that replaced the unit who told me just to take the thermostat off the wall when i wanted to turn it off. The tech was ludicrous and super rude, he even told my family member that she had to stop closing the door. I also informed lah that the tech was entering my property without a mask and ask if she could tell him to wear one. No response. I’m having to jump thru hoops for reimbursement on my duke energy bill which has doubled since summer. I find it to be ridiculous considering the a/c did not work all summer. To top off the worst experience ever, i got a notice in the mail stating they would not be allowing the renewal of my lease or even converting it to month to month. Covid has been hard enough on me and this company made living in covid times a nightmare. I would not suggest renting from posh realty or dealing with lah h. At all. There’s a lack of professional within the company and those they hire for maintenance as well. No one is held accountable for their actions. I will be filing a formal complaint with the city, triad mls and getting lawyers involved if i can’t be reimbursed for my utilities.

    The complainant/former tenant, ******* **************, rental lease was not renewed for an additional term due to lease violations and untimely rental payments. During Ms. ************** 1 year of occupancy, every maintenance request was dispatched and serviced within 24-48 hours by a courteous and credible third-party vendor that followed all Covid-19 recommendations. Several of the maintenance requests were found to be non-valid according to the third-party vendor assessments. This complaint was reviewed by the DOJ in November 2021 and is WITHOUT MERIT.

    The reality of it is that the air conditioning system of the unit was not working and eventually did have to be replaced. There’s nothing meritless about the complaint. Otherwise, the unit would’ve never had to be replaced. I consulted with a lawyer during these months who agreed with all of the complaints I had made. It took months during the summer and numerous maintenance requests to get this company to replace the unit as opposed to temporarily “fixing” the unit. Needless to say, my rent was late due to COVID and an injury to my ankle. The only great thing about the company was that they were patient with me. Other than that, I’m sure the DOJ hasn’t reviewed this complaint and I would love to see the paper trail to support that they have. Just another tactic to make the tenant look bad instead of having better business practices. The maintenance people that were hired entered the property multiple times during Covid with disregard to precautions. I have footage from my ring to support this as well. Good year to you!
