    Wouldn't even give it one star. Disgusting, dishonest company. I hate Bonnie absolutely hate her. I have so much to say about this company but I'm not going to waste my time typing. Stay away from these buffoons. Find another company to rent from because you would absolutely regret it. They could respond with lies but everyone knows the truth about them. Caused me alot of unnecessary money. And they kept my security deposit and added more expenses. Money thirsty non moral having company. I'm going to pay what they say I so call owe. But do know they don't deserve a dime of it. They need to pay me for living in their unit. I got my home broken into. Huge tree fell on apartment. Squirrel poop all in the attic and you could hear them running around in the attic. Neighbor had hole in his wall and bird literally flew through it into his bedroom. I lost alot of valuable belongings dealing with this company. They don't deserve a dime of my money. And the mold is horrible! My little boy stayed sick.

    ********* we are sorry you feel this way. We could not control that someone broke in to your home or that a bad storm knocked down a tree that was very much alive. When the tree fell we responded immediately to the situation. You rented two different apartments from us and anytime you called in a maintenance issue we responded to the issues and did any necessary repairs. The reason you owe money is for none payment of your rent and eviction papers were filed against you. The money you owe is for rent and repairs to the unit that needed to be completed when you moved out of the apartment during the eviction process in the month of May 2019 and your lease was not up until November 30th, 2019 so you also broke your lease. You never complained of "mold" in either of your units. Yes the neighbor did have a bird in there apartment that got in through his dryer vent pipe and we sent someone out to take care of it as soon as he called it in. We do our best to respond to any issues that we are made aware of in a timely manner. We understand you might not have liked Bonnie for always having to file the eviction papers on you but she was just doing her job that we pay her to do. We wish out the best of luck in your future endeavors.
