      I really wish i could leave no stars to leave a review. But I'm gonna say BUYERS BEWARE! To try to make a very very long story short. The first car they sold me an Audi A5 and didn't even have the title! I was making car payments and paying car insurance for a car i was only able to drive 2 months out of the 4 i had it before the bank wanted there money back! And i got no money back from any of that. As well as the car was blowing smoking out the exhaust the next day after i bought it i noticed and they told me it was a new issue (mind you it wasn't even 24hrs later) didn't see it on the 15 minute test drive. but ok. So after giving them this car back and the bank getting there money back you would think i would be smart and that was a sign from god saving me trouble. Noooo. But what did i do. I went and got another car from them. The one i originally had wanted but didn't have enough for the first time. And would you know the second one had problems too!! Less then 48 hrs later i sent the owner a video and all and i was ignored!! Now I'm stuck paying 2300 to get it fixed because it turned out not to be safe to drive. And the real dealer (Land Rover) said it was definitely preexisting!!! Fool me once shame on you! Fool me twice shame on me!!! All I'm a say is go to a real dealer if you can! 11/17/2023

      Dear Ms. ******, we apologize that you feel this way about your experience with us. To begin this response, we just wanted to say that everything you said was false. The 2013 Audi A5 you purchased from us did not have any issues whatsoever, and it did have a title, however the auction provided us with the title that was not the most present title. We tried for many weeks going back and forth with the DMV, and the auction to acquire said title, but was told it will take a long period of time to receive it. Now, about the money since you decided to bring that up, we gave you a car for 2 months to drive for free, we paid for your car insurance, and we also paid off the whole loan with expense. During the ordeal, ********, you stated you wanted to keep the car multiple times and did not want to return it, which we attempted to work with the bank, auction, and DMV, for around 2 months to make that work. We lost over $3000 on this deal due to a mistake that was not ours. The 2019 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque with 49,xxx miles, had no issues at all. You drove this vehicle and had no complaints about it. This Evoque was in perfect condition at the time you drove off in it. Concerning the claim that you "were ignored," the owner responded to you and we attempted to deal with your concern, but you felt the need to leave us 2 1-star reviews based on false claims. Based on the repair estimate the "real dealer" gave you, it seems like you hit something while driving because this vehicle was inspected twice, at the Land Rover dealer in Raleigh and by our technicians. The estimate you got could have been repaired for less than $500, if those parts even need to be replaced. ********, we are one of the best dealers in the area, with over 500 cars selling a year, and being a top rated dealer. We apologize you had a negative experience with us, but we are in fact as real of a dealer as it gets. We were nothing but professional with you, and even went out of our way to help you. - Uniworld Management
