All INSTALLED UNIT orders are special orders, once the order has been placed, there is a no cancellation and no refund, beyond the 168-hour grace period.Once a customer’s order is placed with INSTALLED UNIT COMPANY, it will be delivered and installed within an average of three to eight weeks. It is made clear toall customers that this is an “average” and there is no way for Lion Buildings to guarantee a delivery or installation date for INSTALLED UNIT COMPANYproducts because it varies depending on the installation crew, transportation availability, weather,schedules, readily available inventory, and other possibleunforeseen reasons. This is normal for this industry. When ordering through Lion Buildings, you can rest assured that you will get your order assoon as possible.Lion Buildings is not responsible for the installation or delivery of INSTALLED UNIT COMPANY orders. Customers who place an order with Lion Buildings put a10%-50% down payment on the order, which is not refundable for any reason. Lion Buildings encourages all customersto research products, local area buildingcodes, permitting, and other possibilities before placing their order to prevent unforeseen issues. It is the responsibility of the customer to work withINSTALLED UNIT COMPANY to successfully schedule a delivery date according to the customer’s and INSTALLED UNIT COMPANY’sschedules.The customer is also responsible for resolving any issuesthat may arise directly with INSTALLED UNIT COMPANY and does not hold Lion Buildings responsible forany manufacturer’s guarantees, warranties, installation issues, delivery times, and any other unforeseen problem(s) that could arise throughout the process.Lion Buildings will work in good faith with the customer and INSTALLED UNIT COMPANY to assist in resolving issuesif any develop aslong as both parties aregiving reasonable and conscious effort to resolve the issue.Lion Buildings takes great pride in selling INSTALLED UNIT COMPANY but only holds the responsibilities of a “dealer” for INSTALLED UNIT COMPANY. Asa dealer, Lion Buildings resolvesthe right to hold down payment(s) made to Lion Buildings to be non-refundable. In the event the customer wishes to cancel theorder placed with INSTALLED UNIT COMPANY, the 10%-50% down payment will not be refunded to the customer unless otherwise agreed by Lion Buildings’senior managementCancellation Policy168-hour refundable deposit (7 days). Meaning the deposit is refundable within 168 hours after you sign the agreement and leave the deposit. After 168 hoursthe deposit is non-refundable. The mentioned 168 hours (7 days) will be added to the delivery lead time and your order would not be processed after the 168hours, if you do not want to wait by signing here with your Initials you agree to move forward with this contractand your order will be processed.
