If I could give zero stars I would. Our lease was sold to RCPM in the middle of our tenancy and they have been the worst management I have ever experienced. We went 3 months without a working oven/microwave unit, which is a direct violation of the lease terms, and we have incurred 3 months of triple cost electric bills due to a broken HVAC system which I brought to their attention immediately, and it took them nearly 3 months to address/fix it, and they have yet to refund me the overages I've spent paying the bills. They ignore my emails, and voicemails, and if they do send out someone for maintenance, it's an unqualified professional for the scope of work which delays repairs even further. I have never encountered such gross mismanagement and abhorrent business practices as a tenant.

We understood the challenges posed by recent maintenance issues during your tenancy. Our firm was actively addressing these concerns, ensuring responsiveness and providing updates throughout the process. It's important to clarify that as property managers, we operated based on the directives of the client and the property owner, as we did not own the property in question.
We took pride in fulfilling all our duties and promptly addressing the reported maintenance items by initiating necessary repairs and replacements. However, it was crucial to note that, as property managers, we could not be held responsible for crediting or providing a monetary contribution due to an elevated utility bill. This increase was beyond our control and fell outside the scope of our management responsibilities.
We appreciated your understanding of these circumstances and remained committed to ensuring the continued maintenance and well-being of the property under our management. If there were further concerns or specific issues you'd like us to address, please feel free to communicate them, and we would strive to find suitable solutions.

I found a condo that I like in GSO. Scheduled the appointment to do a self-guided tour, toured the place and decided to apply. When I tried to fill out the rental application, I had to do it a total of 3 times because the first 2 times it would not accept my debit card and I had to fill out my entire rental history over again twice! When the leasing agent Candy contacted me, she was very condescending and RUDE, telling me very snarkily that I had entered the wrong phone number in one of the fields. I informed her of the deplorable website and apologized for my error. But this was not the last of her rude and disrespectful behavior. Mind you, I had already paid the $55 application fee and 50$ to register my 2 cats on their pet verification website. She was having issues contacting one of my previous landlords. Apparently her husband had previously given me the wrong email address. She said she would try again but that "this is getting ridiculous." Long story short, I told her to rescind my application because I no longer wanted to do business with Realty Consultants if that is how they treat potential tenants. I asked for my money back, and she said the application fee is nonrefundable, and I would need to contact petscreening.com to get my $$ back from them. So now I am out $105 for absolutely NOTHING! Realty Consultants do not know how to treat people with respect and they will take your money and run. They do not deserve your business!

Upon investigation into your concerns, conversations with our staff and review of recording phone conversations, our understandings of the context of the interactions is quite different than your recollection. The application that you provided as you noted was not completed. Upon submitting the intial items on the application it is clearly displayed that application fees are non-refundable. The reason for this is we instantly incur expenses when we request a credit and criminal background check.
Regarding the phone conversation upon our investigation it is our conclusion that Ms. ****** handled herself professionally and attempted to resolve technical issues with your application. It is also our conclusion that the "condescending and RUDE" tone was initiated on your side of the conversation.
We try our hardest to provide professional and courteous service throughout the process and we are sorry for the frustrations you encountered, however we feel confident in our handling of this situation and we wish you nothing but the best in the future.

You must not have reviewed our email conversation, because Candace's poor attitude is very apparent there. We didn't communicate via phone as I work nights and don't wake up until noon, at which point I start getting ready for work and have no time to make phone calls. I can send you the entire email thread if you actually care enough to look into it. And my application form WAS complete - I simply put the wrong phone number in one of the fields by accident, and Mr. *****'s email address had changed so that was incorrect as I later found out. These were simple mistakes and did not warrant Candace's rude and condescending tone, which I was initially very patient with during our first couple of emails back and forth. But as her rudeness continued and she said "this is getting ridiculous" as if I was purposely misleading her or giving false information, I lost my patience. I have excellent credit and impeccable payment history, and I would have made a great tenant. I pay my rent and bills on time every month. So you can either continue to let Candace run off good tenants with her disrespectful tone, or address the situation and improve your customer service. I don't care either way, but I will not be renting from Realty Consultants or recommending them to anyone. Your leasing agent is the one making a first impression about your company to your potential clients - you should think about that.
