              We reached out to this company to get an inspection of our chimney. Upon arrival, the tech didn’t have a ladder. Not sure how you can perform any inspections of a chimney without a ladder. According to the tech Hannah, their level one inspection is the main fireplace front and the flue. She showed me on their website that the level one inspection pertains the chimney. They did not perform this inspection to any standards. I also did not receive a report from the inspection. After texting with Peter, the guy who I was communicating with said that they did all that was required. Nobody told me what level was what. Not transparent for customer service

              Thank you for submitting your experience with us. We strive to provide the best service to our clients. Unfortunately, we did not have a tall enough ladder when we arrived at your home, but after your aggressive approach towards our employee Hannah, we had to end our interaction with you for her safety. As you may recall, when Peter texted and asked you “Just so I am clear, are you the person who went off on our rep Hannah until your wife intervened?” your response was “I sure am”. We understand that you were upset, but that was not appropriate behavior. We reduced our fee from $280 to $180 and repeatedly offered to come out and complete the work for free, but you refused. Instead, you felt it appropriate to call us a scam company, and demand your money back. We went above and beyond to do right by you and still stand by our offer to complete the work for free. As a business owner yourself, we are sure you would agree that we tried to make you happy, just like you would with an unhappy client of yours.

              Your company did not bring ANY ladders. FYI. I was not aggressive at all towards your technician. Not even an elevated voice. I believe your technician was being a little dramatic
