    Got my car towed her to get looked at after it broke down on the highway, followed the tow truck to the place to make sure it got there safely and even rode by to check on the car a few days later. Upon them calling and telling me what I needed to do with the vehicle, I went up there to have it towed to another place (Hyundai) and when I got there I look and see that someone, more than likely a worker parking another vehicle had hit my vehicle and it was damaged pretty bad. They said they won’t reliable for it, so I had to call the police to file a police report and take further actions because the car didn’t go to the shop that way, and I didn’t even walk inside of the place or anything. They brought my key out in the most nonchalant way and didn’t show any concern about the damage that was done to my car. Even the tow man that was taking my car to Hyundai sat there and listened and didn’t agree what was being said or what happened. It’s sad that you are already going through problems with such a newer car (2016) and then they want to add stress of hitting your car or allowing someone to hit your car without you being present. I DO NOT recommend taking any nice car here or a car that you value unless you’re going to sit there and watch it personally everyday that it sits at the shop! Business handled this very poorly and gave off the vibe that they knew what happened, but didn’t want to say anything, I will be taking further action because nobody deserves for this to happen to them especially without the car being in there possession! They also kept pressing me to take the vehicle to Hyundai because they were so stuck on Hyundai covering the repair even though I presented them with my extended warranty (no sure if they just didn’t want to do the job or didn’t feel like going through the extended warranty), but Hyundai didn’t cover the repair and the extended warranty did without a problem what so ever, so they could have just tried to go through my warranty as well

    This was my first experience with this company. Their original estimate for the work was about $1800. They ended up charging me over $3000. They seemed to have done a good job for correcting my suspension problem. But they charged me for the parts involved in the service about $1000 more than the costs I saw online for each part. That's the crux of this complaint. When I went online for these Toyota parts they charged me for- it was about $1000 more than what it should have been.

    We had to replace the motor mounts and the rack and pinion because you neede to pass inspection.
