Most of my dealings are with ******* ******.She is always very helpful , pleasant to deal with and knowledgable.She often provides the ***** with documentation that we request that helps us manage our community.She makes my job as the ***** president easier and I appreciate that.****** ********Review fromAlexis W

1 starAMG does not resolve any issues that have been expressed in our community. The “bored” that is just the developer keeps voting to raise our rates without proper representation of the people in the community. Our pool was constructed poorly and is falling apart, and we’ve only been able to use it one summer after paying for three summers. And the list goes on for just this one development. We also have to pay another $600 to the main HOA, which is also covered by AMG. They have raise the fee the past two years I have been here. The neighborhood provides nothing but mowing green spaces. AMG has refused to provide itemized statements of where the money goes. It is just a overall a terrible HOA management company.
