    I filled out an application for the apartment complex. I was approved. They told me that I will have to move in by the month of November in order to get the available unit so to give my current landlord at 30 day notice which I did then they had me pay admin fee for $125 to hold the unit I was told that I would be able to see the actual unit that I would be living in , I originally told them I can move in on December 3rd but was told I had to move in by November ! I was never able to see the unit I will be living in because of the bad reviews that were on the website, I became very concerned, every Monday that they promised me to see the unit they gave me the runaround canceled my appointment. Call me the day of asked me to reschedule and now I’m in a position where I don’t have anywhere to go and still don’t have an apartment ready for me and I have to move from where I’m living , they told me that the $125 was nonrefundable after 48 hours but I would be able to see my unit, I always have an email thread, but I was never able to see a unit that I will be living in. I would like my money back or some type of compensation, this is false advertisement, and I feel like this should be very illegal. What they are doing keeping the money, by not giving you an actual place to live. I’ve had to show up on my lunch break to have face to face conversations because they started to avoid me & stop responding to emails, this place is scamming people out of their money, showing a model unit & not giving people the what they’re expecting, I was left with no choice but to report the company, I’ve never experienced such a things, I’ve been in tears over this, I really need some type of help or guidance, I am now rushing to find a place to live, because of the lack of communication, & this place not giving me my apartment as promised. I am really hurt by this,

    Please do not move here!!!!!! This apartment complex cares nothing about their tenants what so ever. Have been without air since NOVEMBER 2022 and it’s now MAY 2023. Have put in multiple work orders since November and air was temporarily fixed for 5 days. Technician came and said he only could do a temporary fix and would come out the next day but he never emailed or showed up. Have been told multiple times that they are coming the day I go in there and say something but he never shows back up. Today 05-09-23 I was told that I am behind 20 other people and the problem was not an emergency. It’s currently 79 degrees in the morning in my apartment then 83 during the day and I have to sleep in this condition along with being pregnant. I will write on a review on every single website I can review on and get any part of Human Resources and better business bureau involved every day until this issue is resolved and the money I pay this place can go to what I’m actually paying for.
