    I went to Team Chevrolet of Goldsboro to inquire about a car. The people I dealt with are *************************(salesperson), ***** (was not given last name, manager) and "financial guy", I do not remember his name and it is not legible on paperwork. I paid in total ******. for the car a 2019 ******* Elantra.I initially was told this car would cost around *****. out the door, I did tell ******* my price range, he showed me what was available. I took the Elantra out for a test drive, no lights were on and I liked it, I did not purchase that day.Went back the next day or day after, it was 5-3-2023 and I talked to ******* again asked again about the Elantra, this time he stated it would be over ******. I stated the price I was told before and asked why was it so much more, he stated that ***** was if I financed and had a trade in, had told him before I didn't . He went to talk to Blaze and we ended up agreeing on ******.The next morning I went out o go and low tire pressure light is on, I checked and filled all tires and started it again and it's still on, I leave and the check engine light comes on, car is hesitating, I took back to dealership, saw financial guy and asked for *****, he asked what was wrong , told him, he stated it would all be taken care of by them.He took it back to service ***** they stated 3rd cylinder misfiring and said it was fixed, I go out start the car and tire pressure light still on, I go in and tell Gabe in service **** and he goes out , pulls car around and puts air in, he comes in talks to someone comes back and says it is a bad sensor, cost 2-3 hundred and they won't pay for it. I leave.The car also is supposed to have a CD player, it doesn't.

    I had a bad alternator in my jaguar which meant I obviously couldnt drive it the hour plus to Jaguar dealership not knowing when it would power down. I did 2 months of research ( no rush I have 5 other vehicles) went in & asked would they be able to replace my alternator .showed the person I the print out stating alternator was bad. He not only said they could but told me I could even order my own & they would install it . Searched reviews about people going to services places outside of Jaguar. No one seemed to have an issue . So the 6th of March I drive my car with bad alternator to Goldsboro about a 20 min drive make it down the street from dealership before my car powers down & I call tow truck . I have ordered an alternator that said perfect match from parts store. Once they start on my car a week or so later( no rush no scheduled appointment) they tell me that alternator is no match. they order a part and complete the work a week or so later. I am charged $1900 before my military discount. My car doesnt start when I get there. I asked how can you know my car is operating properly if it didnt start ? His response the tech said it may need to be jumped bc the battery was drained when the alternator went out. As soon as I leave the dealership & go less than two miles to gas station.Car cuts off again & had to get a jump now the engine light is on . I call back to dealership cant get anyone so I ********** zone for test. Results = bad alternator/ alternator connection. Take it back Monday to get fault fixed: they try to sell me a $401.00 battery instead of checking alternator connection. I have just purchased $379 battery before I took car in . I take battery to get tested on video. Battery is 100% Pick up Wednesday, engine light on before I get home: Im charged $61 diagnostic fee for battery test . I call and they tell me they dont have tools to diagnose issue & arent sure why they worked on it . So $1900 no checks & engine light on. Horrible
