I consulted with this business to make a custom piece of jewelry (ring) for me. I drove 45 minutes to their establishment only to be told that the jeweler was not available when I was there and would be out for a few days. I was told that I would get a rendition of different options of the ring. They never reached out to me. Each time I reached out to them, nothing had been done. Eventually, I asked them what the hold up was and the next day, I was sent a pic of the final product. They totally disregarded our agreement to send visual representations of my options so that I, THE CUSTOMER, could decide what I wanted, and made something that I considered hideous. They then slapped what I considered an overpriced price tag on it. When I expressed my dismay, the sales person still tried to talk me into driving there to "try it on" and talk to the manager. I don't know if this is a culture of disrespect for certain customers or not, but beware. I did not feel like a valued customer at all. Our initial communication started on July 31st and ended on Sept 11th. Please do your due diligence.

It was never our intention to disrespect your wishes, nor was it our intention to create a product you did not love. We fell short in our communication with you and with our jewelers throughout this process and mounted your raw/rough diamonds prematurely. That is not how we do business, nor does it live up to the standard we have upheld for the last 76 years. Now that your gemstones have been returned to you, we wish you all the best in finding a style that fits your vision and your hopes for this ring. Again, we sincerely apologize.
