    BUYER BEWARE! FRAUDELENT BUSINESS PRACTICES.This company came out to level out my dishwasher, which they did. However, while they were here I informed them that my microwave light was out. I provided them the serial number for the part. The repair man did not do any diagnostic work. However, he told me that he would not schedule an appointment to come and replace the microwave light with me first paying a service fee and then the cost of the light bulb. (Unfortunately, the microwave light was something that could only be replaced by pulling out the entire double oven.) I paid the $50.00 service fee to schedule the repair as well as the $30 light bulb that needed to be ordered. The appointment was scheduled for the following week. They gave me a repair window of 4 hours from ****pm. Those 4 hours came and went and no one came, nor called to cancel the appointment. At the end of the 4 hour window, I called the company and they said they cancelled the appointment because the part that came in 2 days earlier was broken and the needed to order a new part. No one ever called to cancel the appointment. Trying to be understanding, I then rescheduled the appointment with another 4 hour window from 8am - 12pm. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, I called the Advanced Appliance Services at 8:15am to confirm they were coming and they confirmed that the technician was on his way. At around 9am, Advanced Appliance Services called me to tell me that they were cancelling the appointment again because the repairman was sick. At this point, I told them that I just wanted a refund for the service fee and the light bulb since the technician had not come and was coming for the second time. They said they would pass it on to the owner. Guess what, no one ever called me back. Today, I was on the phone several times with a representative from Advanced Appliance Services asking for a refund for an appointment they never showed up for and for the light bulb, and they have refused to refund me. They said that it's my fault I don't want to reschedule for a 3rd time. The representative told me that she spoke with the owner and that the owner said that he would not refund the money because I cancelled the appointment. This is straight up FRAUD. They did not perform any service and charged me for a part they did not deliver and they are stealing my money by not refunding it. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

    Zero stars. This company made my new Maytag washer leak water which wasnt visible, then my hardwood floors started buckling. I called them to come back to work on my washer again, as well as my dryer this time but they said call my ********************* and they were not coming back out here at all.
