      Dishonest company there are hidden fees after you sign up with them if you have a problem no one returns your calls and trying to file a claim is definitely out of the question they have your money and they don't care about your claim you Will Not get a call back Buyer Beware

      They gave us a reasonable estimate of $3000.00 then we updated it by adding a few more items which brought it up to about $3400.00. The move was 340 miles. ********** was packed and ready to go. The company that tower brokered us to charged us $9100.00. THIS WAS OUTRAGEOUS!!!! I COMPLAINED TO TOWER BUT NO CARED. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!

      Do not use, they lie to you and they sub out other movers that have the worst reviews. I was promised I would get my small load 5-7 days I wont get my belongings for allegedly 14 days. NO COMMUNICATION!!!! I was told by the movers (they subbed out ) they would leave Monday to head to me and they will be here Wednesday. Come Wednesday they then tell me oh we just left we will be there Saturday. Mind you they have had all of my stuff for a week at this point. Someone should have called on Monday saying they didnt leave instead of waiting the *** they are suppose to be here. DO NOT use this company.They claim to be an A rating then send me an F rating moving company who is so unprofessional and gives me attitude on the phone when Im asking where my stuff is. Will update when i receive my belonging.

      Tower Moving Systems moved my 3 bedrooms home as well as my Jeep last month.From the moment I spoke to ***** in the reservation **** to delivery everyone was so darn nice. From the original quote it only changed by around $180 due to some packing as I was not able to get all boxes packed before they arrive.top notch moving company and service.

      DO NOT USE THEM! They position themselves as a moving concierge service but their service ends as soon as they get initial deposit from you. They have very aggressive sales people and my actual payment was 4 TIMES! more that they initially quoted me for the same number of items. They were impossible to reach, I needed the certificate of insurance for my HOA but never got one. The guys who were doing the actual move were nice but they are subcontractors to Tower Moving. They were a day late from the committed move day and as I had to go out of town - had to leave my condo keys with the movers which was not comfortable with. Never heard back from Tower Movers. Very bad client experience.
